Our downstairs toilet overflowed twice and it was an absolute nightmare to find out that we had a root intrusion (aka tree roots growing into our sewage pipe). Definitely not a cheap fix as it required drilling 3 ft down into the concrete driveway to remove the damaged section of pipe and replace it. We found Kevin thanks to a Next Door recommendation and he gave us a fair and honest quote. The work was done promptly over 2 days and we are very pleased with how neatly it was done. We will definitely call Kevin again if we have future plumbing needs.

I didn't know Kevin before he came to my house. Called him at the request of a buddy who said he ""is the best, most honest guy around."" We had root intrusion in a drain. It was Easter weekend. But Kevin was responding to texts immediately. He came out first thing Monday, as promised, scoped the drain, immediately found the root. He gave many options, including one where he said, ""pay someone else to dig it up, I'll fix the drain. It will save you a ton of money."" Sure, he could have had me pay him directly for digging but was looking for ways to save me cost. In the end we went with the hydrojet. The entire time he educated me on the process, allowed me to ask questions, and was very patient with my son. I certainly wish everyone in the trades was as honest as Kevin. I will 100% refer him to anyone in need!
