The team at Insignia/Inspired By Design were so easy to work with, and they really went out of their way to make sure I was happy with finished product...down to moving a light 1/4 inch! They weren't satisfied until I was, which was refreshing and so different from other contractors I've worked with in the past. How great is it when you can have a vision for an area and the designer takes the time to learn your ""style"" and guide you through the selections to make it all come together. The site workers were very respectful when I requested masks, cleaned up well and showed up on time. Importantly, I feel the project was fairly priced and came in on budget. 5 stars, no question.

Insignia did a wonderful job on our kitchen. From design to the finishing touches it was done professionally and on time! The contractors that are with Insignia Electrical/Plumbing/Carpentry were all true professionals keeping the house neat while doing quality work.

We were involved in the design and had approvals at all stages of construction. Involved a major remodel and am extremely happy with our new kitchen and laundry room.

We have had the best experience with Insignia Kitchen and Bath.
They remodeled our kitchen and totally designed and installed three bathrooms. Everyone was professional ,curious and informative. The work was done in a timely fashion and spotless when done.

I also tried to work with Susan Waters on a kitchen project. The same thing happened to me as did Susan W. The only difference is I gave Insignia $5,000. for a proposal and a design within my budget. I never received either one. She never was able to get a good flow for my kitchen and felt like she did everything 5 minutes before we meet. After hiring a lawyer, Insignia responded with a list of time they apparently spent on my project at $150 an hour. I paid for 2 drawings and a proposal within a budget and received nothing. They think this is acceptable. BUYER BE WARNED!!
I wasted a lot of time and money.

I contacted Insignia for a master bathroom project. Susan Waters came out to our home and was very respectful and seemingly had many good ideas that she felt would satisfy our needs. We discussed the project, our needs and desires and I even provided her with photos I had collected on Houzz. 3 weeks after our scheduled meeting I emailed her for an update, I had not yet heard from her about a proposal. 2 weeks after that we were finally able to schedule an appointment at the showroom (both our schedules were busy at this point). The meeting was beyond underwhelming. She seemingly threw the proposal together last minute. The layout (our major issue) was still the same, the finishings were no where near our desires and it seemed she did not listen to any of our concerns and desires for our space. I really did get the idea that we were not a priority for her and that she put no effort into the design.
