Eric L.I stumbled onto this outfit accidentally. Made a call; Bill Stevens answered, and came for an initial assessment, which was installing gas line from a mechanical room to our kitchen, 25 feet distal and up a level.
Look --I know this business has been sold several times since its original owner, Bob Inselman, passed away, years ago. I'm here to tell you this is one crack outfit.
The job came in under estimate, and was promptly executed and professionally done. Can't say enough good stuff about Bill Stevens, who evidently has been working for this outfit for years. He earned his price, I hope they pay him well. Old school, and that's a compliment.
Decent guy, Bill Stevens, kept his word, knows his sheit COLD and I could not have been more pleased with the work. Attention to detail, kind and decent man; his assistant was top-shelf too. If you are looking for something done RIGHT, these are the folks who deliver.
Will recommend them to anybody, and will use them again hands down. Heck, their OFFICE called and spoke to us, confirming things. Rare gift in a field filled with poseurs.
