Best decision ever, hiring this crew to replace a couple ancient cast iron boilers. He worked very intelligently to tie in a modern mod/con boiler with my gorgeous old radiators. Everything is working perfectly. Very happy. I made a lengthy search of boiler/radiant companies, and they were all scared to take on my project, or they were overpriced, or they didn't seem very knowledgeable or patient. Innovative scored on each of those. Highest recommendation!

We knew our house had radiant heat set up, but the boiler was old and had not been working. For 3+ years we were trying to find someone who would help us confirm that the pipes in the floor are fully functional and have no leaks. Ramnar was incredible - he came to evaluate what was in the house and what was necessary. Less than a week later, he came with a temporary boiler and set it up within 2 hours to run and test the tubes. He then used a heat sensor to show that the system was working throughout the entire house and we can't wait to swap out the temporary boiler and install a permanent one. Highly recommend!

We bought a new to us home in rural Vacaville with a very nice HVAC system that had a small issue that turned out to be just a maintenance issue I was not aware of. Ramnar returned my call and came out right away in the evening and did a full service check up on our system and even corrected an issue caused by the solar company that inspected our attic for a solar installation. He explained the system to me and was very friendly and professional. I will not hesitate to use this company in the future.

Woke up to an ice cold house this morning. Found innovative Radiant Heating on Yelp and called them. Was fortunate to get a same day appointment. Ramnar arrived right within the anticipated time window, and proceeded to (1) test our radiant floor system (2) diagnose the problem (a broken pump from too much air in the system) (3) call the parts dealer (4) pick up the part (5) replace the broken pump and (6) show me what to do if the system starts gurgling too much and pressure drops. All of this accomplished in 2 hours and 15 minutes!
Ramnar was very professional and friendly, and we will definitely call them a gain for any future issues.

I will begin by saying that there is nothing better in winter than radiant heat, I mean the whole house is warm to the touch and no dry air blowing on you. So when my radiant heat boiler died last winter, we were very sad, so this summer I had three companies bid on the work to replace it. All three bids were competitive, but Innovative seemed to be the most complete, a great price, and we just liked Ramnar in general. He came right on time when scheduled and quickly and efficiently installed a new boiler. Now as it turns out, there was a leak in one of the pipes in the floor, so he recommended a specialist to find it. The specialist came out and put an 'X' on the floor like a treasure map. Ramnar came out the next Monday and jack-hammered to find and replace the leaky section of pipe. Again, he was fast, efficient, clean, and the fix worked perfectly. He patiently had me test the system and now it works as it should. I am waiting for winter to start and set it for 70 degrees and forget it until next spring. I cannot say enough good things about Innovative, as they are friendly when you call, fast to respond, and their work is really excellent. On a side note, they even installed a few sink fixtures in my bathroom and kitchen I had been meaning to do, and at a great price. For anything related to radiant heating, this should be your first and last call.

We needed some solution towards issues with allergies , forced heat air when it is cold and didn't appreciate cold floors. So, we found this company! We had our home installed with heated floors. It was the best decision ever!

We had warm floors installed throughout the first floor of our home. Not only did it provide energy efficiency, it provides comfort throughout those really cold months. When we turn on our heater, we don't experience hot air blowing to our faces anymore. It's comfortable and toasty inside while it is freezing cold outside. In fact, I am able to wear shorts and tank top inside the home because of how comfortable the temperature is. The warmth also goes up to the 2nd floor!

Service was great! They answered all our questions and assisted with whatever we wanted to know. It is a great long term investment plus definitely adds value to your home! I definitely recommend this company for your heated floors installation. It was the best investment!

After purchasing a home that had radiant heated floors in the master bath that was conveniently placed on the sales ad but not working correctly when we closed escrow and moved in.

I called 100 companies and many wouldn't touch the project due to the unknowns in our system.

I lucked out and contacted Innovative Radiant Heating and the representative assured me they would get our system back up and running.

Ramnar is a great person with which to work. He is responsive, friendly, and gets the job done. We have a new house along the coast and needed to finish it off and the radiant system/house domestic boiler was the last thing. Our general contractor was inefficient and their plumbing sub had passed away. We contacted Ramnar and he immediately checked things out and made recommendations. It was obvious that he specializes in radiant and water heaters. We literally gave him the key to the property and he got things done, with no problems. He also made recommendations for the latest thermostats and configured them for us.

When our other ""plumbers"" could not find the time to install a gas line for a PG&E meter drop, Ramnar was courteous enough to match their price and get the work done (which included a gas run to a deck fire pit).

Ramnar is trustworthy, smart and a friendly person who gets things done. He's never too busy to talk on the phone, email or text. In a world of flaky contractors, Ramnar is very dependable and genuinely a super nice person. He deserves the highest ratings and all these fine examples on Yelp are honest. If you are considering building a house or installing radiant, use a specialist like Ramnar (he's been all over the world installing and is settled in Northern California). Many plumbers do not specialize like he does. If you are a general contractor, he would be my ""go to"" guy for anything radiant and/or domestic boilers. He's the only call to make for our next house, remodel or upgrade (we plan on using him again!)

Ramnar installed underfloor heating in our home 12 years ago and we've been extremely happy with it ever since. He is honest, hard-working, reasonable and pleasant to deal with. Ram is also a very talented and experienced HVAC and plumbing professional. Through the years, Ram has come back to our house on several occasions to service the system - he always returns our calls and emails quickly, is flexible in accommodating our schedule and, most importantly, shows up ready for work and gets done what he says he will. Recently, he helped us upgrade our old system with new on-demand tankless equipment for both the domestic water and underfloor heat.
