Excellent Pool Service Company!

We hired Lee back in June of 2016 due to constant inconsistent service we were receiving from another local service provider and we've gone through several. We couldn't be happier with his service, professionalism and expertise. He is able to diagnose problems effectively and get them repaired quickly for a reasonable price. Quite frankly he's the best pool service professional we've ever dealt with in 10 years of owning a pool. Overall, I would highly recommend Lee at Innovative Pool Service as he is honest, consistent, provides thorough follow up and prompt service always.

Lee communicates what is going on with your pool and if there are any repairs needed. He keeps the pools, and spas clean as well. He is a friendly and nice vendor. He is local so if you need him extra or something comes up he will work with you.

I am changing my previous positive review. I had Lee come out and do an acid wash on the pool, and clean some of the tiles. He finished the wash. I paid him in full and he has never come back and finish the job. Do not hire!!!

Absolute worst!!! Do not hire!!! Never consistent, pool equipment constantly breaking, no communication, pool green. Lee has total disregard for other people. Every single week he either didn't show up at all or had some wacky story as to why he wasn't able to clean pool. Terrible Terrible Terrible!!!!

Called them out to service my above ground pool. He said he did them. He said he would text in morning to give us an appointment time. He showed without calling or texting a time but left after about 2 min saying he had to go get a different vacuum for the pool. After a few hours I text asking what was going on because we needed to leave. Couple hours later he responded he was trying to get it and to be patient with him. I text him back saying we were going to leave and gate was open for him. Text again after 6pm and he never responded. Next morning I text telling him thanks for not showing and for not responding to us. He let us and our kids down. This company does not communicate with their customers and when you call or text to find out what's happening he says your just impatient. Bottom line we do not recommend this company and recommend you just keep looking.

Showed up once and said he'd be back with supplies in few days. Took hose to my pool pump to match something. Never showed up. Have texted and called several times for a month. Do not use him. I want my hose back.

I called Lee to inquire about doing an acid wash on my pool. He was very informative and straight forward during our phone conversation. He immediately made an appointment with me to look at the pool and worked around my work schedule. After meeting him, I knew I had someone I can trust to work on our pool. We worked on a schedule to be able to do the full process. He was prompt on our agreed upon times. Even when I'm not home he still came by and worked on the prep. Overall, I am very pleased with his honesty, quality of work, very competitive price point, and prompt service. Because of this, I will work with Lee on every future pool servicing needs.

Lee came to fix my filter and install a pump motor. He cleaned out the filter left a mess and installed the pump motor but it didn't work & the seal between the pump & motor leaks because a gasket was needed.. I paid him but he never came back to fix it and kept making promises that he would but never made the appointment. Basically he took my money and never finished the work.

I have plowed through 2 idiots / pool companies in the past year. I was in the Leslie Store and got Innovative's card from the sales guy. From the first visit it has always been YES and always NOW. Chance does our pool; he is timely, friendly, thorough, professional and genuine.

Our pool has never looked better. The only BAD news it took a year to find Innovative. If I was Lee I would clone Chance and give them all a raise.
