Lee was recommended to me when I posted a desperate plea for help with a very green pool. I live a few cities away from Lee's normal service area, but after troubleshooting with him on the phone, and being unable to fix the problem, he traveled to my home to fix my pool. My babies and I were swimming just a few days later in our sparkling pool!! Thank you!!

Lee does an extraordinary job on my pool every week! First time I met him I asked if he could clean my pool since I had just purchased my home and pool was green. With no hesitation he came in right away and accommodate me for my house warming party! I highly recommend him and will continue servicing weekly with him!

I hired Innovative Pool service to replace a pool pump and circuit board as well as to do a one time service on the pool before it closes escrow since the water was turning green. He said it would be done on Saturday. I checked with him on Monday and he said the part wasn't in stock but he'll do it today. I check on Tuesday and he said his truck broke down. I checked on Wednesday and he said it will be done by the end of the day. It's now Thursday and he hasn't done the work and he hasn't returned my call. Not once has he called me to let me know about the delays. We are closing escrow soon and are running out of time. His communication and professionalism have been less than impressive so far. I will not use Innovative Pool Service for future needs.

Update: Lee saw my review and was very upset. Turns out he did start the job but never communicated it to me and didn't finish. He said he would not finish until I removed the review. I asked him to send me a bill and I would pay him for the work he did and I'd have someone finish the job. He became very aggressive and still has not sent me an invoice. The pool is still green and the pump motor he replaced still doesn't work and now I have to pay him and someone else to finish what he started.

We've had our pool since 2003 and our spa heater stopped working just like that. I searched YELP and found mostly great reviews for this company so I decided to give them a call. I spoke with Lee in the early afternoon and he was able to come out the same day to check on the issue. By the next day Lee came back to fix my spa heater. I am very happy with Innovative Pool Service for being so responsive and quick to diagnose and fix our spa heater. Thank you so much!

Just had Lee repair my pool pump and replace the motor. Found him on yelp and Lee responded within minutes of my request for quote.

Lee was honest and was provided a reasonable price to fix my pump. I wasn't sure if it needed replacing but Lee explained it wasn't necessary and could solve my problem without wasting money. Lee arrived the very next day and fixed everything.

I highly recommend this company.

Beware i would like to give a minus star---Lee came to my house to repair my spa. I advised him that there was a error message and something wrong with my high limit sensor. I not knowing anything about spas trusted Lee. Lee told me I needed a new motor. Lee replaced my motor and told me to let it cycle for 24 hrs. The next day I still had the same issues with my spa. I paid Lee over $400 to have my spa in the same status- non functional. I attempted to call Lee and text him. He never returned my calls till a month later when I advised him I was gonna file a fraud case. Do not use this company unless you like paying for nothing. According to Lee I got my moneys worth by him coming out and parts/labor. Glad Lee is not a doctor, you would go in for heart surgery and he would take your tonsils taken out.

If I could give a 0 star review I would. Lee was hired to be the pool inspector when we were purchasing our home. First, he arrived to the inspection 1/2 an hour late. Second, there were several things he was supposed to fix before closing date. He did some things but did not drain and refill the pool (do to high acid levels) as was hired to do. After 3 weeks of both the buyer's agent and the seller's agent calling and asking him to do these items, he stopped answering phone calls. We had to get another pool service to come out and finish the job he failed to finish. So incredibly unprofessional.

Excellent Pool Service Company!

We hired Lee back in June of 2016 due to constant inconsistent service we were receiving from another local service provider and we've gone through several. We couldn't be happier with his service, professionalism and expertise. He is able to diagnose problems effectively and get them repaired quickly for a reasonable price. Quite frankly he's the best pool service professional we've ever dealt with in 10 years of owning a pool. Overall, I would highly recommend Lee at Innovative Pool Service as he is honest, consistent, provides thorough follow up and prompt service always.

Lee communicates what is going on with your pool and if there are any repairs needed. He keeps the pools, and spas clean as well. He is a friendly and nice vendor. He is local so if you need him extra or something comes up he will work with you.

I am changing my previous positive review. I had Lee come out and do an acid wash on the pool, and clean some of the tiles. He finished the wash. I paid him in full and he has never come back and finish the job. Do not hire!!!
