Ok, so this guy replaced our check valve and the outlets in the back of our filter tank. He said he'd come back with a gasket for my filter, and take a look at our hot tub led that had stopped lighting. However, he never came back or called back. Now, just under 2 months from when he did his repairs, both areas where he worked on now leaking! Not just a little leak either. So I call him back, he says he'll call me next week, and to text him my address. Which I did. No call. Talk to him today, after more than a week, he was abrupt and dismissive and even had the nerve to say ""they weren't leaking when I left""! Unprofessional and rude. Look elsewhere for help with your pool needs.

Our pump motor died, and I was dreading the news that we needed a new motor, pump, whatever.

Lee T. replied to my Yelp request in just a few minutes and showed up the same day! He immediately diagnosed our problem and completed the repair in less than a half hour.

Lee was able to fix our pump issue either the pool vacuum not works quickly. He was able to advise on what the problem was and fix it within 20 minutes. He seems to know how these pool systems work and had some valuable information to let me know how to maintain our pool. Much better then the company who cleans and is supposed to be maintaining our pool. I would recommend this company.

I was extremely impressed with how quick Lee responded to my request. Lee came out the next day and was able to figure out what was wrong with the Hot Tub and replaced the part on the spot!!! Excellent customer service and good and honest prices! I highly recommend Innovative Pool Service!

Horrible communication! Gentleman came out and I was told he would return the following week to complete the job. I was strung out for about a month before he disappeared completely. Many text messages and no reply.

Yesterday Lee T came over because I was having problems with spa retaining it's water level. He responded quickly to request for service and arrived on time. He was able to resolve the issue and was highly knowledgeable on pool pump, valves, heater and cleaning. He was very friendly and inexpensive. I will be going back to him for all my pool repairs and would highly recommend him.

i have been dealing with his lack of responsiveness for over a year. I first contacted him and he responded and we set a time for him to come over. He didn't show and didn't call after my wife waited for him most of the day. I called him serval times and he didn't answer. Not until I left a 1 star review on yelp did he response. He asked me to change it and he will be over. I did and he came over and looked at the jacuzzi but then ghosted me again. Again I had to hunt him down for a response. He finally told me oh I need a part that isn't in. I asked how long will it take, and his response was, he didn't know. He then tells me to ask someone else to come fix it because he is to busy. This would've been fine to know in the beginning because other repair people had told me they couldn't do it. So, when I never heard from him again I just got frustrated and that's why I'm leaving this review now. My experience with him is that if I could give him a 0 I would but I have to give 1 star.

I was in a pinch.. My pool just stopped working and I sent out multiple quote requests through Yelp. Lee responded 2nd, but was the first to come to my home. Several came out and gave me quotes, but Lee was the most honest. I did my research and searched the web for answers to my issues. Lee was the most spot on. I needed a new pump and needed to redo the pipes. Knee deep in a master bath remodel, I just wanted someone to fix my pool. Lee had holiday plans and still made me a priority. When all the other pool service companies were saying no, Lee showed up at my house at 730pm and worked till 930pm. End result? My pool is working! Stop searching! Unless Lee runs out of hours in the day, you'll be taken care of! I HIGHLY recommend Lee to anyone that needs his help!
