If the plumbing in your wall springs a leak, it can be a nightmare. Luckily, I had a pretty smooth experience finding and hiring a plumber to fix the problem.

I noticed a leak a couple of evenings ago, so I looked up plumbers in Henderson on Yelp and saw that Innovative Plumbing Pros seemed well-reviewed and had 24/7 service. I called them up, and they were fortunately able to send a technician named Anthony out to look at the problem. He cut away some of the drywall and pinpointed the leak, then set up a convenient appointment this morning (since I had work and couldn't be around during the intervening day). He also showed me how to turn the water main on and off so that I could get running water briefly while not letting the leak spread.

I had an 8am-noon estimated window for the repair visit. The company called me toward the end of the window, and the technician arrived afterward. His name was Jose and he seemed to be the head honcho. He took a look at the leak for himself, then after going over estimates, did the basic repair that I approved. He basically cut away part of the metal pipe and leaky hose and replaced it with a thick plastic pipe and some adapters to ensure a tight flow of water. All in all, it took well under an hour.

The price seemed fair, especially considering the emergency nature of the call, and Jose deducted the initial cost of Anthony's visit from the bill as Anthony had promised. I was able to pay with credit card instead of check, which is another plus. Also, Jose engaged in light conversation during the job and taught me a thing or two about some hobbyists in the area. They actually have runways for RC planes and tracks for RC cars in some nearby public spots. Not my cup of tea, but it was fun to learn something new after having lived here for a while.

Home services can be a bit of a blind spot on Yelp, so I was very fortunate to have a smooth and friendly experience with Innovative Plumbing Pros. They'll be the first business that comes to mind if I should have any issues in the future.

I had an emergency about 7pm! And called the first plumber that popped on yelp around my area! And boy i'm glad i did! Jose answered the phone and was there in less than half an hour. He told me he could come back the next day around 8. The next day he called about 7 that he could go earlier. He works clean and fast. Very professional. I cannot thank them enough for helping me out. And not ripping me off! He saved the day. I Passed inspection that same day and it was because of them.

We just had Innovative Plumbing Pros out to fix a plumbing issue. We called them yesterday and were greeted with the most friendly person that helped set up and appointment this morning. Today Anthony came out and fixed our issue. But it gets better. He made a point to show us some helpful things we can do on a regular basis to keep certain plumbing issues from happening, as well as helped teach us how to flush our hot water heater. What an incredibly professional, helpful and generous employee. This guy was awesome. Jose and his coworker arrived on time. I asked them to take their shoes off and they had shoe covers with them! They worked fast, were very clean and professional the whole time. They replaced cartridges in shower and tub fixtures and replaced leaking toilet flap. Will be using them again for future plumbing repairs. Strongly recommend.

Anthony B. was exceptionally professional, kind, and a master of his craft. The home warranty company we use contracted with Innovative to fix some pluming issues in our kitchen. I was not home when they arrived so my wife met with Anthony. As I only spoke with Anthony and not the company itself I would certainly recommend the work Anthony did to everyone. The issue Anthony fixed was previously fixed by another technician 11 months earlier who failed to bring the correct parts. I then had to fix it myself a couple months ago as well. But when the leaked resurfaced this time I told Anthony what parts i thought needed to be replaced and he already had them with him as I was speaking to him on the phone.

Lastly from the feedback from my wife was that Anthony went out of his way to answer the 100 questions she had asked him while he was doing the work and did not hesitate to check for other pluming issues my wife thought the house had.
