Leak Detection
Got a larger-than-normal water bill. I couldn't believe we had used that much water over the last month. Checked the pool. The water was turned off.
Checked the sprinkler system. I couldn't find any leaks. Called Henderson Water and they suggested since it was on my side of the water valve to call a licensed plumber that could check for a leak in my system. Innovative was called and I explained my problem. They said that they would send us a voucher that entitled us to a free leak check and that they would be out as soon as possible. Just so happened that Jose was close by and had time to help us. We turned the main valve on, then he started checking around for the leak. Wasn't in the yard. Wasn't the hot water heater. It had to be on the cold side of the water in the house. Or outside? Jose checked the backyard and found that a hose nozzle was stuck open and leaking into the flower bed. Cut it off, and had his helper go check the meter out front. Meter stopped. Problem solved. Boy, what a relief. Tiffany sent the voucher over via email for the free leak check and I signed it and gave it to Jose. If there is ever any question about plumbing of any kind, Innovative will be the first people, I'll call.

Jose and additional workers arrived on time, and restored water within 3 hours. Amazing work! We had a pipe burst in the wall between the first and second floor of our home, it was very frustrating. Jose came out immediately and fixed the pipe he even fixed my running toilet. Our water line from the house to the street had a leak. The guys came out right away and started work the next day. After they dug the trench, what a mess, I thought. Ralph came the next day and put the new line in and they filled it back in. Looks great! I have to plant some grass but other than that you can't tell it was done. Everyone was professional and kind including the very nice girl in the office. Ralph was a real stand out to the entire process.

Through those options it also gives you direct ability to call or text the plumber. Innovative has invested in themselves to provide this system to make it very efficient for both the consumer and themselves.
