Beware of Innovative Plumbing! Do yourself a favor and get a quote from another company. I will NEVER use Innovative Plumbing again. They are a total rip-off with their excessive prices that are two to three times the going rate. And if you try to contact them with a complaint or follow up, forget it, they will not return your phone calls or email. A company not to be trusted.

***BEWARE*** If their crew damages your property they may not answer your phone call, let alone fix the problem Innovative Plumbing came out to repair a water leak on the side of my driveway. A tree was taken down to access the pipe. Once the job was completed, I noticed my driveway lights were no longer working and professionally installed river rocks in a gully were missing on either side of my driveway (there is a drain pipe that goes under the driveway for drainage). Innovative staff came back out to correct the drainage issue and dug up the river rock that had been buried during the repair. The rocks were not put back like they were and have resulted in debris piling up and clogging the drain, resulting in water backing up in my yard. Once my electrician came out, he found that Innovative staff had run over and buried the junction box in the ground, which resulted in my driveway lights not working. The box and accompanying wire had to be repaired/replaced to get my driveway lights working again. Innovative was notified of the costly electrical repairs that were required to fix my driveway lights after their crew destroyed the junction box. After reaching out several times and sending a letter, I have had no response and they have yet to reimburse me.

The owner of this company is as rude as they come. The unprofessionalism of that man was astounding. This company refuses to provide a breakdown of charges and charge exorbitant fees. Literally refused when asked for the breakdown of a $2000 quote for something that was going to take no more than 2-3 hrs. They came to our house on 7 different trips, did multiple tests (cameras and smoke tests at $500 per pop) and still didn't fix our issue.

Had them come out because I had a water leak under the foundation of my home. A guy came out looked it over and said we will call you later in the day with a quote. It is now 2 weeks later and still no call. I did not have time to wait so I went with someone else and got the job done

Joe came out today to help with our water being too hot. He called to let us know he was running early. Showed up very professional. Listened to our issue. Tested a bunch of stuff and determined to issue. Went and got the part and promptly returned. This is the second time we have used Innovative and I won't call anyone else! Love the service!

Company will not come look at a problem with the work performed. Innovative was paid over $20k and has a very """"take the money and run"""" type mentality. They've left us with a problem to figure out. I would not use this company due to their ethics.

Pipe froze and burst under my house. My usual plumber was slammed and referred me to this company. They called as soon as able and scheduled for the next day. Called And came on time. Went to work immediately, found the problem, and fixed it with a better quality of pipe . Checked for any other leaks and made sure the hot water heater was working. Great job

Called these guys to fix a clogged toilet Bc they did a great job fixing a water main break for $250 once. They came and spent 2 minutes here and said they couldn't fix it. Augered it and it worked but super low pressure still. I said it was fine since it was a basement toilet. """"We will just charge a service fee"""" They then proceeded to charge$175!!! For less than 5 minutes of work. Do NOT use these guys if you are looking for a decent price. Ask for up front pricing.
