With 18 years in the industry, TR graduated as Salutatorian from his Mechanical Class. He has worked as a Technical Advisor for a local distribution company, assisting competitors with installed unit issues. Prior to launching his own venture, he held the position of Service Manager at other local firms. He is a local Montrose resident, living with his wife and three children.
