My water heater was leaking one day. I realized I must replace it with a new one, the old one is already more than 20 years old. I have called different companies to give me a quote. Finally, I chose innovation plumbing service. I chose them because of several reasons:
1: Great attitude. When I called them, they were on the phone, so no one picked up the phone, but after a few minutes, Andrew called me back right away. From his voice, I can tell he cares about his customers, try to explain all my questions with patience. Plus, he has a nice voice.
2: Reasonable price. Like I said, I have called different companies, I already have an idea for the price range. He is not the cheapest, but what I am looking for is reasonable price with professional and good services.
3: Professional. Andrew knows what he was doing, he changed the water heater all by himself. I was in the garage with him the whole time because I just wanted to make sure he was doing the right thing. Obviously, I chose the right company. I trust my gut instinct.
4: Excellent service. I highly recommend this company.
