I've had A/C trouble in two different houses and not only has Shawn gone above and beyond to do the best job possible...he has literally saved me tens of thousands from quotes from other companies. This company was hired by our company to install brand new HVAC systems. After a handful of installations Shawn the owner wanted to be our sole installer but based on how we conduct business we didn't feel that they could live up to our customers expectations and decided to not pursue a business relationship. Well Shawn took it extremely personal and stopped responding to requests for him to service the systems that were not working...you would think a brand new AC unit for example would not stop working months after install. Well that was not the case with this company's installs but instead of taking responsibility they claim that they are ""warranty"" issues with the manufacture. Do yourself a favor and pick another company...it gets way too hot in Southern California to not have working systems besides they are not even properly registered to legally conduct business in the State of California!

I was referred to Shawn Gutierrez, owner of Inland Quality Heating and Air Conditioning, by 2 friends individually so I had a good feeling he would come through for me and my family. My A/C had been throwing a breaker for a few nights in a row and then locked the breaker open on the 4th day. It was right at the peak of summer time too in early August.
I called Shawn right away, and he sent his tech over, named John, the same day who determined it was a blown motor on the unit. He ordered it right away and installed it the very next day.
I asked my contractor friend if the price that I was quoted was right and he agreed it was very good.
If you are looking for an honest A/C tech, I highly recommend calling Shawn. He answers his cell and will text too which is nice! 909-810-9848.
He serviced both of my a/c units as well, and the service charge for coming out was credited back to me since I used him to install the a/c motor.
I know the time spent up in the hot attic where the condenser unit is located was not a fun place to be, but John did it without complaint.
Shawn will be my go-to a/c guy going forward, and I will be recommending him to my friends and family. Thank you Shawn Gutierrez and Inland Quality HVAC for all your great work!

After getting a couple quotes Inland Quality gave us the best price and the highest quality equipment. All of the workers were awesome, very polite, and very punctual. I could not recommend them more! Shawn (the owner) was also very honest about pricing and what was needed. The other places we went to were too sales-ish. Shawn made us feel way more comfortable with our decision making.

This company really sucks! On different occasions he had me waiting at my house and decided not to show. Back in 2014 he replaced my Evaporative Coil re-charge my system and was happy with him. So guess what customers are treated with respect and honestly are likely to come back and this what I did about three weeks ago I called him to service my home and my niece's home who lives nearby my home. He never showed even he kept giving his word that he was going to send technician to house. Last week I called him again to give an opportunity to make for his irresponsibility and he just decided not to show up. He did have the balls to CALL ME! This racist piece-of-shit doesn't deserve anyone's business. My money is as green as anyone else's. However this ignorant racist bastard is living in the dark ages.

I called Inland Quality Heating and Air Conditioning because I had a leak on my condenser. Sean took my phone call and was able to come out the same day. He was able to do research for me and get my condenser covered under warranty. When several other companies told me there was no warranty on it. Recovered my Freon installed the new condenser and had my over 90° house down to 72° by the end of the day. Sean and his crew John and Dennis stayed until the job was done. There are very few honest heating and air guys out there especially when the summer is hot and they are in high demand. These guys don't take advantage of you give them a call.

We were given Shawn 's number by a neighbor of ours so we called and made an appointment for him to come and look at our air conditioner.
We discussed the options of buying a new unit and ask him if he would give us a quote. The amount was very reasonable so my wife and I decided to purchase a new unit. I've been meaning to write this review for a few months. Over the summer my AC went completely out. I have small children and it was unbearable in my house. I called around to a few other places and I was given a service time of 5-7 days Out. I called Shawn at Inland Quality Heating and Air. First of all he was extremely nice and understanding. He said he was extremely busy and It might be 2 days before he could service my AC. To my surprise he called me the next morning and was at my house within the hour. He had the issue fixed that same day. His price was very reasonable and the service was outstanding. I would highly recommend Shawn!!!
