Poor experience. I have worked with them before. I recently needed help and they first gave me a quote after understanding the whole situation, the part would be on site and ready to install. I only requested them to be one the phone with my warranty company for instant service approval and I would be paying them up front. I needed the approval to be able to get reimbursement from the warranty company. Just like if you needed to be on the phone with an owner for a few minutes to explain the diagnosis. They raised my fee and extra $100 just to do that. Very poor business decision. Greedy. They probably thought it was a perfect time to take advantage of the reimbursement and of me since I need the help. I would never use them again.

Beware! Called around for Water Heater Install, these guys want $789 to thread on 5 bolts, they'll tell you that you need soldering but you can also just use couplers for $8. The job takes around an 1.5 hours. So they are making over $400/hr!! Don't be a sucker. They smell blood. I completed this job myself in 2 hours, with the new tank and $50 worth of new connections.

Mauricio sent Myles, who was totally professional. He tested and re-checked all his work and the appliance installer's work before leaving. He arrived on time and spent hours without a lunch break to make sure everything worked properly before he left. Excellent service !

I highly recommend Inland Pro Plumbing. I have an older house from the 1970s and have had several plumbing problems over the years. Mauricio and his son Myles helped me with a number of them and each time they were professional, reasonable with respect to price, and did an excellent job. And importantly, they have integrity and really stand behind their work! Once (due to no fault of their own) a fitting on one of their repairs cracked a few months after they installed it. When I called them about this new leak, they promptly came back, told me what the problem was, and fixed it better than ever free of charge!

I called Inland Plumbing for water leaking in the shower. He asked me to take picture of the problem and sent it to him. He quoted me $ 375 to fix the
leak. The technician came and was working for 3 hours but could not fix the problem. He stopped the leak though but could not make the shower work.
He created a big hole where shower handle is in order to stop the leak but left it open and unfixed. I was still charged for $320. I will never recommend this to past, present and future clients.

I cannot say enough good things about Mauricio and this plumbing company. He came to the rescue at 10pm on a Sunday to unclog a main line backup. He arrived quickly, was very professional, friendly, and quick to unclog our pipes. His prices were fair and he even offered a warranty.

I highly recommend using this company if you're ever in need of a plumber, and I will definitely have his number on speed dial should I have any other plumbing issues (but fingers crossed I won't see him again for a long while!!).

Mauricio is great ! A very honest and ethical man . You will be glad you trusted him because he will tell you all your best options and look out for your best outcomes. He fixed my slow drain in no time and it has been over a year but no further troubles with drainage ! I am so happy with him that I will hire him again soon

These guys are awesome!! Well worth the price and very reasonable. I even referred them to do a bunch of work for my 80 year old mother and they took really good care of her.
