I was at my parents house this morning replacing a malfunctioned thermostat and noticed that their water pressure was extremely high. After checking with a gauge I determined that the water pressure regulator the house was built with had failed. I attempted to replace it for them but the developer had the copper connections too close together to make replacement easy. I had already removed their failed regulator and had their water off when I reached out to Ryan for an estimate. I am very impressed that not only did he complete the work for $5 under the sight unseen quote he provided, but he came out shortly with very little notice on a Saturday. We received a notice from the the Gas company that we had to relocate our meter because they were updating the regulations. I called out several local reputable companies for estimates to relocate our meter and re route a 2"" gas service line. Ryan came out and provided a thorough estimate and answered all my questions per the cities request. He was not the cheapest but his knowledge, time, presentation and execution were very impressive. Inland Tankless completed the job within a day which was a heavy task. Everything was done up to code and city regulations. We are satisfied and confident with the service provided. I contacted Ryan because my water main was leaking, and I needed some other plumbing work done. Contacted Ryan through Home Advisor and I had a great experience with the installation of a tankless water heater. Water heater went out last Friday late afternoon and we had designs on getting a tankless system for our large house. Made a couple of calls and Ryan came out next morning and talked to us about our water system and gave us price options for a tankless system and replacing our old 50 gal. tank. After Ryan went over our normal water use for the house with us it made more sense to stick with a 50 gal instead of spending the extra $800 to put in a tankless system. Recently had a slab leak and made the mistake of trying to handle it myself. Ryan came in and quickly solved the problem, put my frustration at ease and got our hot water back on. We had a Gas leak at our rental property one night and the gas company shut off the gas until it could be resolved. Ryan came out first thing next day and found the issue with the pipe from the meter to the house. He gave us a couple of options to replace and was able to complete the install the next day. He came back when the gas company came out to turn everything back on and even fixed a small leak on the pool heater.
He was great at keeping me informed every step of the way. Definitely recommend for anyone needed plumbing service.
