Jason answered our call immediately to repair a toilet shutoff valve and shower faucet. He arrived on time and got to work right away. His pricing is VERY competitive, he is friendly, knowledgeable and reliable. He did work for us 12 years ago and fortunately we saved the invoice because we were so impressed with his work in 2007! He will be our plumber for life.

We were forced to use this plumber because of our home warranty. They came out twice to fix a clog, and made the situation worse each time. After removing our toilet (twice) they didn't replace the bolts or replace the wax ring. OF course, the toilet leaked! When I called to ask for repair, they claimed it was our fault. NO WAY. I have video of the missing bolts and broken, icky ring. They should've made it right, but now we are out several hundred dollars and had to do the work ourselves just to be able to take a shower or use the toilet. Never, ever trust these plumbers.

Excellent service! Five stars+. Jason guarantees his work. I have used Inland empire plumbing before, used them again and I tell you, I will continue to call them. I have galvanized pipes in my old home. Jason and team work/fixed on some of my immediate issues. I had no cold water going into a shower, serious leak/breakage into the foundation from the second shower, and more. Of course, the best solution is to repipe my entire house, but Jason understood and respected my financial situation. He repair the most immediate and saved the day. Professional, honest, dependable. Jason talked to us on the phone and set up an appointment for the next day. Hector and Mike came out and were extremely professional. They located our leak (a slab leak) and gave us options for repair. They could dig up the slab and repair the leak or reroute the pipe so that we wouldn't have to have the slab dug up. They completed the repair, we went with the re-routing option, used the newest type of pipe and stopped our leak completely and quickly. They cleaned up everything leaving no trace of dust. I highly recommend this company and Hector and Mike. They are the best plumbers I have ever had and will use them again.
