We had a slab leak and were without hot water for a few days. Jay came out right away and by the time he left our hot water was up and running again. Jay was very transparent every step of the way. Was not in a rush to finish the job. Made sure everything was correct the first time and explained the entire process upfront. Would highly recommend.

After days of calling and getting 6 other estimates from plumbing companies for the leaking water out of the walls of my garage, Jason of Inland Empire Plumbing was the one!!! He was straight and to the point. Took me along with him to explain the leak detection process and finding the problem. Multiple times I was told I had both hot and cold water leaks. Not true! Jason showed me the water meter fixed the problem and confirmed his findings by showing me the meter again. Prices were a fraction of what others wanted to charge. I called Jason at inland empire plumbing and he installed a NAVIEN tankless water heater outside my house which gave me more space in my kitchen.

Jason answered our call immediately to repair a toilet shutoff valve and shower faucet. He arrived on time and got to work right away. His pricing is VERY competitive, he is friendly, knowledgeable and reliable. He did work for us 12 years ago and fortunately we saved the invoice because we were so impressed with his work in 2007!
