Hello, I have spent over 15 years in the construction industry. My skills encompass building, HVAC services, and maintenance for homes and businesses.

For the last 7 years, I have been employed by a leading rental company, focusing my abilities on meeting the needs of tenants throughout Arizona. Throughout these years, I advanced to leadership roles three times, culminating in the title of ""District Maintenance Manager."" In this position, I was responsible for the maintenance of 4,500 homes across Arizona and New Mexico.

Before gaining this hands-on experience, I always envisioned owning my own business, though I was uncertain about its nature. It was during my time in service and maintenance that I found my calling in supporting families and businesses during challenging moments.
