Greetings, my background spans more than 15 years in construction. My expertise includes building, HVAC installation and repair, as well as maintenance and service for both residential and commercial properties.

In the past 7 years, I have dedicated my efforts to a well-known rental company, addressing the needs of tenants in Arizona. During this time, I received three promotions to leadership roles, with my latest position being ""District Maintenance Manager."" In this capacity, I managed the upkeep of 4,500 residences from Arizona to New Mexico.

Prior to my practical experience, I dreamed of starting my own business, but I wasn't sure what it would entail. It was during my time in service and maintenance that I found my calling in supporting families and businesses during challenging moments.
