Hi there, I bring over 15 years of experience in the construction field. My expertise includes building, HVAC installation and repair, as well as maintenance and service for both residential and commercial properties.

Over the past 7 years, I have worked with a major rental firm, applying my skills to support tenants across Arizona. During this time, I received three promotions to leadership roles, with my latest position being ""District Maintenance Manager."" In this capacity, I managed the upkeep of 4,500 residences from Arizona to New Mexico.

Prior to my practical experience, I dreamed of starting my own business, but I wasn't sure what it would entail. It was during my time in service and maintenance that I found my calling in supporting families and businesses during challenging moments.
