Kevin arrived within 2 hours of my initial call. He fixed the water heater and then patiently showed me how to light the pilot myself. He informed me of the most common failure modes of that particular heater and controller. Then he went above and beyond and advised me on how to fix another small problem myself, so that I would not incur more cost.

Pretty pricey, to install a toilet and fixed a leak. Charged me for a piece that my toilet needed however provided a toilet that said had everything they needed. I am not a plumber so maybe they did need it, I don't know. I know I could have got a cheaper price elsewhere.

Extremely happy with everything. Had an issue with the main drainage line under my house. John was up front and honest about the problem and what it would take to repair it. Fixed it in a timely manner and worked with us so we could get out of a hotel and back into our house. Ingram came highly recommended and they didn't disappoint. Will be using them again for our plumbing needs.

I was quoted almost 900 for a job. I had multiple certified plumbers quote me less. I ended up paying a plumber from Katy TX 200 dollars. Wouldn't recommend this company based off of prices.

If I could give zero stars I absolutely would. I unfortunately did not have the best encounter with Ingram plumbing...
Our hot water went out at the beginning of the week three weeks ago. After trying to fix the issue ourselves we decided to reach out to Ingram Plumbing the latter half of the week to see if we could get our hot water fixed as soon as possible. Ingram Plumbing made it out to our house and diagnosed the issue as being that we would have to order a replacement part. So the replacement part was ordered that day and they estimated that they would have the part for us that following Tuesday. Tuesday rolled around and no communication on the replacement part whatsoever. Thursday I decided to do a follow-up in hopes that maybe the part arrived a day later or so. When I called I was told the part would be arriving on the truck tomorrow (Friday) and they would be at our house for the installation. With that being said my husband stayed home from work waiting for the part to arrive. NOTHING. So he called them and this time the guy on the phone told my husband the part was still on the truck and should be arriving soon with no further explanation or details as to when. At this point you can only imagine the frustration of having to shower in cold water for two weeks now (especially while seven months pregnant).
Long story short my husband and I figured out what part we needed, ordered it and after a good detailed Youtube video, fixed it on our own. No more cold showers, no thanks to Ingram Plumbing.
Oh and here's the kicker, It's going on three weeks now and we still have not heard from them about the replacement part we ordered. I'm sure it's still "on the truck."

I called Ingram Plumbing after having some trouble getting a different plumbing company to come work on my water heater. I spoke to Jon Ingram and explained what was going on with the water heater. He immediately began working to find a solution. He contacted the manufacturer, and after receiving little help from them, he tracked down the parts I needed and drove all the way to Galveston to pick them up. He came and fixed the problem right after picking up the parts. The first plumbing company told me it would be several days for them to be able to fix the water heater...Jon had it done in two days, and most of that was waiting for the part to be delivered in Galveston. I can't say enough about how much Jon helped me and my family out. It's tough to go several days without hot water when you have little kids. Everyone I spoke to at Ingram Plumbing was very nice and courteous. They don't mess around when it comes to customer service. They have shown me that they are willing to go above and beyond to give their customers the best service possible. I will definitely use their services again when needed!

I found Ingram Plumbing on Home Advisors when I woke up with no hot water and later in the day discovered water in the garage floor around the water heater. I barely put my info in to
investigate the plumbing services on the site and with in a few minutes got a call from Ingram Plumbing and this was on a Sunday. I did not consider my situation an emergency so they said they could come the next day, Monday at 130pm. I was off on Monday so that worked out well AND they showed up 30 minutes early. What plumber, electrician,etc has ever done that.Turned out that I needed a new water heater, it was 11 years old and the pilot light would not light and quite a bit of water had leaked out from a rusty spot on the bottom. He gave me an estimate and a discount and wanted to come back the next day to install a new one. I had to go back to work the next day so I begged him to do it today. And he made a phone call and about a half hour or so later the new water heater arrived. They got the old water heater out and the new one installed for I believe a very good price. I was very happy with the service I received from Ingram Plumbing and my plumber was John. Thank you, John, I so appreciate your helpfulness and service today.

I can't believe what a awesome company this is!! I had a problem with my garbage disposal it was making the humming sound but not working. He replaced my garbage disposal in less than 20 minutes. I was completely impressed how clean the process was I won't go to another plumber!! They are a Christian based company. They were very respectful of my home. I called on a Monday and they came out the same day.

I don't understand why other reviewers had issuers. I never have. You pay for quality, and they provide a warranty on all the work they do.
I got this garbage disposal now two years ago, I call them on Friday, today came out fixed it. My daughter had dropped a toy in the sink. I had no idea. So I trust them. I don't have to worry if they will steal anything, I am not afraid to have them in my home unlike some plumbing companies in the area. They are clean cut, godly people you can trust. I can't say that about any other trades I have had in my home.

It's very rare this day in time to find a company that's trustworthy. Thanks to Clinton Electric in League City, TX for introducing me to Ingram plumbing! I called Rick Ingram and he said he would be at my home in 30 min. He was prompt! To the minute! He found the problem immediately, ordered the part, and returned early the next morning at 9am....on a Saturday! He replaced a thermostat on my hot water heater without any problems and we had hot water that morning. I highly recommend this company for your plumbing issues! Thanks for a job well done!
