Terrible Customer Service
I called them 3 months ago to quote an upgrade to my heating system ( I wanted them to replace the current radiators with new modern baseboard heaters)
I waited 3 weeks but never hear anything from them so I called and the Secretary said she would talk to the plumber and get an update for me. Next week I call again this time I'm told he would get to it soon. I call again the next week and there is nothing new at this point I give up as this is a waste of my time and if they can't be bothered to get me a quote for work In several months time I can't imagine what it would be like chasing them down to fix something
