Eddie & Eddie are a great family team. Oftentimes calling a service professional can trigger anxiety. It's difficult to know if that person's assessment is accurate and authentic. The kitchen drain was draining very slow. I called 3 plumbing companies to compare assessments. Two separate companies' cameras ""couldn't get past 5 feet"" to see the rest of the drain. They suggested replacing the kitchen drain and main drain (estimate $10,000) not including contractor demolition and repair of the sidewalk. Ingeniuous Plumbing was the only plumbing company with the recommendation to try to snake then run the camera to pinpoint the blockage. Ingenious Plumbing is a bit more costly upfront, but well worth it in the long run because it's a 1-time fee versus multiple visit fees or the shock of a huge project.

Eddie is amazing. He's a great plumber and more importantly he's an excellent human being. He coordinated with my other repair people and stayed late with his team in order to make sure my tenants would not be left without hot water or heat overnight. He genuinely cared. Thank you, Eddie!

Had an issue with what I thought was a water heater leaking. So in mind I was thinking it would cost $2K-$3K to replace. Called Eddie and he diagnosed it as not a leaky water heater but rather the pipe that was adjacent to the water heater was leaking, which made water leak into the water heater pan, looking like a water heater leak. He did a quick repair with his blowtorch and right there saved me at least $2K. I don't do Yelp reviews but felt compelled to get on and do one for this man. He is honest (it's hard to trust people these days), is careful/thoughtful, and is SMART. He had the opportunity to charge for me something that wasn't needed but he didn't. That's priceless. Keep this gentleman on your speed dial.

Two weeks ago my toilets would not flush. Ingenious Plumbing had already taken care of my Rheem hybrid water heater so I had Eddie's number handy. He came over and discovered my main water drain was clogged possibly due to roots, and the water pressure had led to water leakage under both toilets.
He cleared the roots, and replaced seals under both toilets. I was impressed by the care Eddie took to disinfect under the toilets and clean the floor after removing and replacing the toilets.
I highly recommended Inginious Plumbing, and know one of my friends called them yesterday to take care of a job, and she was happy too.
