In March I had a plumbing issue in the sewer, the water was returning to the kitchen sink, I called infinity sewer.they charged me $2000 I had a warranty for 6 months. The issue happened again in June of 2021 I probably called 30 times never came back to fix the problem.please people go to a another company this company will rip you off.SURE THEY WILL SAY CALL ME BACK TO FIX.SAME STORY AS ALWAYS

I called them to check on the pump they installed because it stopped working. He said someone would be out in 90 minutes. 3 hours later no show. I called them left 3 messages in a span of 12 hours. No show no return call. We paid nearly $2000 for their work. I am calling BBB and lawyer.

HORRIBLE! We are a dialysis facility and our building owner contracted with Infinity to replace a major drain - this requires us to shut down and reschedule all of dialysis patients for a Sunday - very critical. The building owner did not sign on the correct line as the contract is a bit confusing and someone didnt answer the phone..although both the owner and our full staff was in the building all day. Inifnity refused to do the work when they showed up. They had the check and everything and all of our guarantees. I even was willing to sign the contract and write them the check as this was a critical issue and affected patients. The building owner is a very well respected philanthropic organization that has been in business for over 50 years - nothing at all questionable about them. But Infinity just walked away stating they were uncomfortable without any consideration for all those patients. Small business young guys....so unprofessional.

I called Infinity to repair piping and sewer work done by two different companies. As Jeff and Mike were redoing the work, more unforeseen issues came up. My nerves were rattled but Jeff and Mike are the best! They explained everything to me that needed to be done, made a plan with me and answered all of my questions with patience and respect. They didn't mind that I watched them work some of the time either.
I learned a lot! Both are very professional, knowledgeable and neat; their work is high quality as well. Jeff and Mike provide excellent service: in my case - cleaned and power-washed my sidewalk (and my neighbors!) and the street after digging up and repairing my front sewer line. I highly recommend them and already have another job scheduled with them.

Jeff and his colleague were incredibly kind and helped explain what was wrong with our basement in an emergency situation. Before they did any work, they told us about our options, the cost, and result of each. We chose hydro jetting which we are now convinced is the best option. They got our drains draining then did a camera inspection along with thorough long needed cleaning of our main drains. Will definitely recommend. Thanks Infinity!

I called Jeff Camper, the owner, for some plumbing work in my apartment. He came, we talked through the repairs, and he promised to follow up with a quote. That quote never came and Jeff stopped answering his phone. Disappeared on me without notice. If you need reliable help, stay away!

I cannot say enough good things about this company. My business had pipes burst and Jeff responded immediately and was at my building within an hour of calling him at 6:30 on a Tuesday morning. He quickly diagnosed and repaired the problem. Unfortunately, due to no fault of Jeff's we had more issues with pipes bursting and he responded again and was able to put a plan in place to make sure we would not have ongoing issues. He worked patiently and politely with my not-so-easy-going landlord. Jeff is a true professional who clearly takes pride in his work. I will recommend this company to anyone seeking a plumber.
