They installed an ejector pump 4 weeks ago. I called them to come check on it the other day because it stopped working. They never showed up and failed to return my phone messages. They don't back up their work. We were scammed out of $1700.

Infinity will be my go-to plumber going forward. I've had 3 plumbers come out to my building this year and none were able to properly fix my issue. They came out same day and solved my flooding problem. I called Infinity after seeing that their equipment looked new. I asked to see the equipment they would be using and not only did he show me, he explained the purpose of each head he'd be using to address my clog in the main line. The price was reasonable and in line with other quotes I received. But the professionalism, attentiveness and honesty was unmatched. The gentlemen were polite and exceeded my expectations. For the first time in years, my plumbing trap is completely dry. They removed grease, found my main line through sewage and allowed me to pay while I was away from home. I will call them whenever I have a plumbing problem going forward. Hopefully that won't be anytime soon...

Responded super fast to a request for a quote and got me an appt with no problems for the exact time I was available.
As for the work itself, he explained what the possible situation was, fixed it within 30 min and charged exactly what he said he would. He explained to me what he had done, showed me what the problem had been, and was on his way. You really can't ask for more when you call a plumber. I made sure to put his card on our fridge so that we can easily call him next time something goes wrong. Can't recommend him enough!

If you are one of those nosey, semi-mechanical guys, then these guys are right up your alley. They explained everything to me, allowed me to look at my sewer line through the camera and gave an honest recommendation. Their work was professional and very clean.

I met the owner. Very professional. He performed a main sewer line rod. It was a difficult task. He provided options and explain the scope of the problem. I watched the whole job and he did his best to clear the line by rodding but hydro jetting is needed...I plan to follow up with him at a later date for the jetting.
