Eagle E.Did I a great job. Wyatt seemed very knowledgeable and very friendly. The front office seemed very professional. Fixed my problem on time. Can't ask for any more than that.

There is more than one for several different situations. Infinity Plumbing definitely is not a company you want to mess with or you will also find yourself posting another bad experience about them.
The seem to have a come back for every situation.
The woman I spoke most definitely condescending, argumentative, name calling, wants to be right no matter what, will cut you off and make you feel like you are wrong no matter what.
BY FAR THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.
They want money for nothing and for bad customer service...dont waste your time
I only gave this company one star because zero was not an option. American Home Shield, my home maintenance company, recommended them and I truly wish I had not trusted them to do so. Bobby the repairman seemed nice from the beginning of the service call but he proved not to be in the end. The problem was a leaky shower faucet and he claimed that I needed a water pressure regulator which caused the shower cartridge to good bad. None of this made sense to me from the beginning. The company called me to make the appointment to fix the cartridge...NOT THE REGULATOR....During the conversation I was rudely spoken to by GINA, a very unprofessional employee there. I had my shower leak fix with a part that cost $10....yes $10. They tried to rip me off for more than the $70 service charge. By the way I would like to have my $70 refunded.
Edward M.II had a hot water replaced under my home warranty protection plan with American Home Shield. I had the job assigned to Infinity Plumbing since the original assigned contractor was not acceptable due to a previous negative experience with that particular company. AHS advised that Infinity was a prime vendor so I accepted their recommendation. Ariel and Brandon were assigned to my job. They came out and did the assessment of what I needed to have done. They were prompt, appropriately dressed, very professional, as well as very personable. They explained to me in very simple terms what needed to be done as far as my hot water heater replacement. In addition to the hot water heater which required replacement, due to my high water pressure (which was 91), I needed a pressure regulator valve (PRV) as well as an expansion tank on my hot water heater. I had confirmed that these were required upgrades to code since my last hot water heater was replaced over 20 years ago. They quoted me a price for the upgrades which I checked with other companies and it was very competitive. Brandon and Ariel 9completed the repairs today and did an absolutely fantastic job. Every action was completed to perfection and they ensured I was happy with each install before they moved on to the next item. I couldn't have been happier and I give my highest endorsement to this company (which I don't do that often). If you have a home warranty repair, I highly recommend that you have this job assigned to Infinity Plumbing and, if possible, ask for Brandon and Ariel--they will do you right and you'll be very impressed, They're that good!!! Bottom Line: You can't beat Infinity's responsiveness, pricing, and professionalism. In my opinion, that's the winning trifecta of what we homeowners are looking for in a plumbing company. You won't be disappointed.

Brittney N.The problem is resolved, which is the only reason they are getting 2 stars. The entire customer service experience was unacceptable, from the 3 day wait time for a broken toilet (because they don't service on the weekend), the customer service representative telling me "they can't wait 5 minutes" even though I was around the corner, and then the actual plumber coming in, without a mask, who was very unfriendly, make a huge stinky mess, went in and out of the house with dirty shoes, and had absolutely zero customer service skills. Would have rather paid way more for a company who cares about their customers and their job. YIKES.
Dontae W.Brandon was a total professional he had my hot water heater back up and running in no time.
He was on time polite and even gave me some pro tips before leaving if I have Similar problem in the future
Fred W.the worst experience from a customer service point of view this is the second time i had to use this company. i am force to use due to home warranty company. i called company on friday as i was instructed. i advised company medical needs and informed rep i was disable and need service due to therapy. the adviser showed zero concern and advised to cut water heater off and that monday would be the earliest available appointment. i called this morning 8/9/21 to check status and the advisor was very rude yet again. they showed no empathy towards the issue or my condition. the advisor wants to quote policy and procedure which from a consumer stand point means nothing. the advisor states i was rude and condescending and stated i will contact your warranty company to explain and hung up. the advisor then proceeds to cancel appointment without my knowledge. this is the worst plumbing company with the worst rating. if your in the san antonio area please do not !!!!!!!!! use this company
Prissy J.You see the other reviews. RUN IN THE OTHER DIRECTION. This company charged me hundreds of dollars for work they did not fully complete. They are very unprofessional and do not finish what they start. Now I have to spend even more to have what I need done right. If your warranty company tries to push this incompetent, disorganized, unprofessional company on you, JUST SAY NO!!! Ask for someone else! For your own sanity!
Great communication, was able to get to our house pretty quickly and took care of our issue. Very happy with the service!
