Recommended Customer Reviews

Overall they are very professional, strong company with great leadership. I have to say this was a great experience! Infinity assisted in the recipe of a multifamily structure in the sfv. They were not only timely but also clean. Overall I would recommend them to anyone interested in their services.

DON'T DO IT, RUN NOW!!!
Do not fall for the insincere apologies and denials of wrongdoing in the follow up comments from infinity. Lies, deception and flim-flammery flows easily and often from these people...RUN!
PLEASE READ AND HEED THE 1 STAR REVIEWS!!!
***I have had to rewrite this review 3 times because Infinity is working overtime to keep this truth from being seen****
This company is the absolute worst!!!
I have had to reach out to city and state agencies to report them.
They will lie and scheme to avoid fixing their messes. They stay committed to the lies and will post disingenuous replies to try and cover the deception.
I unfortunately can't post video, but I did post a photo of the leak they claim is ""fine"". Oh btw, that terrible patch job on the wall was infinity's handiwork as well.
In response to the company's follow-up, this awful situation has nothing to do with my apartment manager. He is just young and inexperienced and this company was able to capitalize on his being naive'. In other words, HE WAS BAMBOOZLED!!!
The company response conveniently did not address canceling 2 appointments at the last minute and 3 no shows prior to this final fiasco. They also glossed over the fact that JUAN showed up at my door 2.5 hours early (WHEN HE DID BOTHER TO SHOW after MULTIPLE CANCELATIONS). He did a ONE MINUTE ASSESSMENT, said that he had to go and get a replacement faucet, then he lied saying that he was going to return with a new faucet in 2.5 hours (AKA: THE CORRECT APPOINTMENT TIME). He never came back, no one answered the phone when I called to find out where he was, then JUAN lied to his employer saying that the faucet is fine to cover the fact that he failed to return.
I HAVE NOT SEEN OR HEARD FROM ANYONE AT INFINITY SINCE!
Meanwhile this janky faucet still leaks LIKE NIAGARA FALLS...ENOUGH TO FILL A BATHTUB EVERY SINGLE DAY!
I am apparently the only person who cares, so California can thank Infinity and my gullible apartment manager for their part in the water shortage.
SHAME ON INFINITY for thinking more about their yelp reputation rather than fixing their fuc% up!
Isn't it interesting that they followed up here, but failed to contact me.
If I have to shout from the heavens every single day to get this resolved, so be it. I will call, write or visit every organization or government official necessary to report these people. INFINITY will NOT get away with this DISGUSTING behavior.
POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS: please do not be fooled by the disingenuous response trying to blame this mess on my apartment manager. Infinity did the work and they are responsible for this ONE MONTH OLD faucet operating backward and the fact that their employee did not return with the new faucet to fix it....AS PROMISED! End of story, full stop!!!
If you are a potential client, please do yourself a favor,RUN FAR, RUN FAST... AND RUN NOW!
Infinity, instead of finding ways to shift blame and point fingers at everyone but yourselves, how about fixing your mistakes? If you did, you wouldn't be working overtime to find ways to have my post removed and patch your reputation on yelp in order to lure other unsuspecting souls....OR IS FIXING YOUR SCREW UP TOO HONEST FOR YOU????

I did not contract with this company directly as it was through our plumber because she said Infinity were copper experts and could get the job done quickly.
We had some issues which were resolved fairly quickly with the help of our plumber. Issues included piping/water access being removed to our studio behind the garage. When we originally raised the issue with the workers we were told that the studio ""was not in the contract"". I agree it was not in the contract as it had new piping but it also was not in the contract to cut off the water supply. It took our plumber calling the owner to straighten this out.
The second day of work, the ceiling of lathe and plaster was opened up on our curved ceiling. The ceiling was partially opened to allow for the re-piping. Shortly after the opening was completed, a large portion (at least 6 square feet) fell from the ceiling. I made the false assumption that since the ceiling fell directly due to the work being done on our 1927 house that this would be patched along with the rest of the openings that were made, which was included in the contract. I apparently was wrong. Five calendar days after the plaster collapse and the piping was finished, the plaster team came out to do the repairs. It was the workers who informed us that they would not be fixing the 6 square foot hole per their boss and if we wanted it fixed it would cost us additional money.
We called our plumber, who at this point was rather embarrassed by the lack of customer care done by Infinity Plumbing's owner. She talked to the owner, Marco and then Marco talked to us stating that the ceiling falling was not a result of them opening the ceiling and therefore not Infinity's problem or fault. He would only fix it for additional money.
I will say that I had no complaints about the job site team. My complaint really is with management and their lack of customer service and inability to take ownership of their mistakes. The whole experience could have come out better had management spoken to us right way and not the day of repairs through the workers.

Tony Garcia attended our water pipes problem, he is experience and noticed the issue right away, he fixed it immediately without hesitation, recomended hard working man

After going through a minimum of 8 companies and, or plumbing services I finally landed on Infinity. I was pleased from the very beginning up through the end. I found the company to be well organized; systematic; and, they exuded a sense of honesty; which is very important when you have work done that is outside of your own expertise. The work was done in a timely fashion; there was good workmanship; they were very efficient and tidy; and, the Department of Building and Safety passed the worked done without incident. Mr. Marco; the assistant Veronica; and Juan the site manager, were all very good people to work with. I recommend them highly.

When it turned out that my home required a new gas line and new internal repiping for gas, I interviewed five different companies. Infinity was the only one of two that was quick to assess the situation and give me a quote without a lot of smoke and mirrors and vagaries that the other companies did. The crew was very quick, neat, and professional. I never felt that there was any difficulty in communication with them from quoting the job to follow-up after the job was completed. I have no reservations about recommending them based on my experience.

Infinity Plumbing Inc did a repipe. they did not pull a City permit as required by law. A nosy neighbor turned me in after job was competed. I had pay for a permit and a hefty fine. I had to pay another plumber to do a test for the City inspector. This was a burden. They took advantage of a Senior Citizen.

Infinity re-piped a three unit apartment for us. We were very satisfied. They started the job two days after I signed the contract, Six guys showed up and divided the job accordingly. The work was completed in three days including main piping, pipes inside walls and attic, to water heaters and kitchens and bathrooms and the patching of walls. One more day was needed for the City inspector to approve it. Israel ran the job and the tenants were kept happy and so were we. There were no demands for extras. Everyone was skilled and efficient; Since I was leaving on vacation, they even painted the repaired areas in one unit which they usually do not do. The price was very competitive being the low bid. I would use them again without question.

Infinity is very reliable, very professional, and does the highest quality work -- and at fair prices. Great service, great staff, highly recommend them for full building repipe jobs!! I have used them over 25 times, for 8 years, on many projects. They are the best.

Great service! Izzy was very informative and was available at any time to answer questions. Great job.
