Made an appointment last Friday for the """"earliest"""" on Wednesday that they could give me. I explained that I work 2 jobs and take care of an elderly mother with dementia. I was told 8:30AM and I would be the """"first appointment"""". I called at that time and they told me it would be late afternoon. The guy handling the phone was so rude and unapologetic. I would never use this service again

This company is terrible. They entered a contract with me saying they would pull a permit and never did. The city came in and entered a stop work order being very upset by the lack of permit. They then over charged me for replacing a shower valve, toilet and sink. When they installed the sink drain they broke it and said they would charge me $150 to install a new one. They are taking advantage of older people as my building is a 55 and older building. Do not ever use them. They are not trust worthy.
