On Friday night, water suddenly started leaking from the ceiling of second floor, which was very alarming. The home builder called this company for me. On Saturday afternoon, Gene arrived and found that water was leaking from the third-floor bathtub after a minimum necessary detection. Gene was extremely courteous and reassuring, continually providing detailed and friendly explanations while working. Most importantly, he identified the source of the leak, which was great. I still need to work with the builder to resolve the bathtub problem, but if any other issues arise in the future, I will definitely contact this company first.

Just wanted to thank Gene for coming out and installing a underneath pan and a booster pump. He went above and beyond to make sure no drips, no leaks, pressure was good. He changed the pressure for the booster pump for correct settings!! You can tell a good plumber when you see one!! If you get Gene as a plumber your in good hands !! Thanks again!!

Great experience using this company to get my water heater flushed. Kudos to Gene! He was on schedule, knowledgeable, and quick with the process, I would highly recommend using them!

I contacted Infinity Plumbing for a mainline backup. They promptly sent over a service technician the same day. Gene, was extremely knowledgeable and incredibly helpful. All in all, I found his customer service to be refreshing, professional and second to none. Thank you, Gene!

Thank you to Carlos who did a wonderful job on the water softener installation at our house, he is experience in this field, a well mannered person and takes care of the property. Request for him if you are planning to install a water softener unit.

Horrible customer care and total lack of professionalism. We moved into a new house in Lake Forest. After a year we received a large water bill and found out that there was a leaky faucet on the side yard. We contacted the builder (Landsea) and they mentioned others in the neighborhood have had similar issues that may be related to water pressure. We contacted the Water dept and they confirmed no issues with Water Pressure. Builder asked that we call their plumbing contractor, Infinity as it may be related to a faulty valve. Builder never mentioned that there will be charge for the service. We contacted Infinity in May 2022 and asked that they send someone over to inspect and correct the problem. At no time did they indicate there would be a charge. The service person came and replaced the valve and the leak stopped. 8 months later, some rude person from their accounting department called me before Christmas and demanded $313 for the services that were completed in May. I explained that first of all no one had explained that there will be a cost. Second, the builder should take care of the cost. Third why was there an 8 months delay, way after my warranty had run out with the builder before an invoice was issued. Clearly, a totally mismanaged accounts receivable dept. She demanded the money and threated to send us to collection. I explained that she was being unreasonable, and asked that her supervisor contact me. No one called us.
Fast forward to July 2023, I called them asking for quote for a water softener system. They quoted me a $2700 price, which I was willing to pay. But, then they went on to send me a letter indicating that our account is still past due for the $313 and if I require the Water Softener system, I would have to pay that amount and 50% down for the Water Softener. I explained that no one from their management had contacted me since December 2022 to discuss my concerns about their untimely invoice and the rude person that had attempted to collect. They were willing to insult a customer who is willing to pay a premium price for a new water softener system without any consideration to my perspective on the billing dispute. This is the most unprofessional contractor I have ever dealt with. To date I have yet to hear back from a manager. I would have happily paid them their $313, if there was someone with a small sense of professionalism that would have apologized and admitted to their mistake (late billing, not quoting me in advance on the plumbing service, rude collection person). Instead their business must be so thriving that they are willing to insult me, and walk away from a $2700 sale over a $313 billing dispute.
Avoid doing business with Infinity Plumbing Design (Corona, CA office) at all cost.

They were the plumbers for the builders at the development. There appeared to be an issue with the pressure, so the builder contacted the company. Apparently, this plumbing company had an issue with sending someone out just to check it, so the builder rep told me to call them, but they didn't tell me this company's issue. I called the plumbing company and spoke with the office person, and explained the issue. The employee spoke as if it was a hassle to address this problem and then explained it was normal for pressure to be at 60-65. I explained, as did the builder, we observed pressure drop from 70 to 65 suddenly, as we walked to the pressure gauge. There seemed to be other pressure issues. The employee continued to say it was normal to be at 60-65. Then why is it at 70 now? This was becoming an argument, and it was clear that they didn't really care about customer service. Once it's installed and sold, unless it's gushing out water, we aren't going to give a flying f.... and we will charge you just to go check on our work. We are perfect, and you, as a customer, your concerns don't matter.
I was going to have them do some additional work that I was going to pay for, but if this is how they treat their customers, no thank you. I told them not to call me, and if there is an issue, the builder and them would fight it out. This company will lose additional business for future projects. Im sure the builder is also to blame for hiring this company and leaving the customer to fend for themselves. Fyi, builder is The New Home.
This plumbing company only cares about sales, not customer service. Someone just called from the company a week after the call, asking about the pressure issue. What a joke. It's like that person showing up to the birthday party without a gift for the birthday kid. After the gifts were already opened and asking, ""What happened? Is it over?"" Yes. Yes, it's over. But, do enjoy the free food and cake. SMH.

Got ripped off! We moved to a brand new house designed by Shea homes just over a year ago. The water/plumbing was installed by Infinity. When we had our builder warranty they came by to fix some water hearing issues. Once the warranty expired the issues started again and the water would turn cold after running hot for a while. We called them ourselves and after talking it through with us on the phone (including directing us on how to use the system) the problem was still there and they said they would send a guy to take a look and that the plumber would do a complete system check and it would take an hour and a half and cost $288.
The guy shows up (super nice guy) and asks me (with baby in hand) to go turn on the shower a few times so he could monitor the flow on the system in the garage. After a 10 min check he said we were good to go and that all we needed was the adjust the temp on our system (a two second button switch) and was walking away when my husband out of courtesy asked if we would get an invoice (assuming it to be a fraction of the cost quoted since the expectation was to get a proper service for an hour and a half). The plumber turned around and said ""they said they'd charge you? I didn't think they'd charge you for this I'll have to call"". Apparently his manager didn't budge and still forced him to charge us a full $288 for flipping a few buttons for 10 min. You would think if they wanted to created a loyal customer base they would have understood that the terms weren't clear and we were first time customers and that they could have at least offered a discount if nothing at all.
Will not be calling them again for any plumbing services at our house. We were planning to get a water filtration/softener system installed so they lost out on that revenue too. thanks!!

We had annual maintenance work scheduled for our new property -- so I called the number listed on the unit and Infinity Plumbing was quick to respond and schedule a maintenance visit the following day with a price quote prior to servicing. Art is the scheduled plumber and he was very professional, knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Art was very quick and efficient as well. At the end, he did a price adjustment for the services rendered, which turned out to be less than the quoted price, even though I added a replacement for the pressure gauge. Shortly after, Jacob called for collection of payment. World class service, thank you Art and Infinity Plumbing.

We originally ordered the water softener system with infinity plumbing design since they installed all the plumbing in our unit and other condo units. They schedule was pretty pack so we got the next appointment two weeks after the booking confirmation. Fast forward a week, my water heater decided not to work for the day, so I did call their 24/7 hotline and able to get a technician the next day. On the day of the visit, they inspected the unit and replace a couple of parts and still no hot water. It turned out that the coil was out of order, to make things more interested tech didn't have the parts on hand. Carlos at that time tried to call several plumbing store but we ended up calling the water heater manufacturer to get the parts expedite. Still no hot water through the weekend. Rheem was pretty quick on shipping out the parts that we got the parts on Monday and I gave their 24/7 hotline a call to schedule the next day appointment. Once part installed, tankless water-heater was running like a champ.
Fast forward another week, they day of water softener installation. Able the tech showed up around 8am and work on the unit till 12pm. Everything was running for a couple of days and suddenly my water just completely shut. Call the 24/7 hotline again to get things fix, and they are able to schedule a technician next day. Tony did an amazing job on flushing the water heater and making sure that I have both hot and cold water running before he left the job.
Amazing company and team. Thanks for the great service
