Infinity is not reputable and in fact lied to me personally on many occasions:
When I smelled a gas leak under warranty the technician insisted it was just normal coming from the dryer. I said the dryer isn't on. He said it builds up. I called them out twice for that and the same person denied anything wrong. I called the gas company going with my instincts and they turned of the gas and found a faulty pump in the hot water heater causing a constant dangerous leak.
We had so many plumbing issues with our new house as well which infinity did ALL THE WORK. Water backing up into shower and toilet clogging very regularly. The first two clogs and infinity said it was a courtesy but blamed us for flushable wipes and that it was our fault.
The third time we needed a plumber we had to pay and looked up a random company. The company was appalled when they put a camera down the line to find pooling in the pipe and said basically anything you flush would have to go uphill before going down causing a collection of everything and backing up into the shower. The other company said they could flush out the line but recommended not to use the toilet ever until dry wall was ripped out and pipes were redone to code.
I called infinity and they took months to get the job done. They cancelled several times. Other times they showed up but the dry wall guys didn't. It was a total nightmare.
Like anyone would we asked for our money back on the plumber out of cost for the clog and guess what? Still haven't gotten that 500 dollars. Funny too every time infinity fixed the clog when it was under warranty they charged New Home the builder several thousand dollars for it.
Needless to say, this company is so shady dishonest and untrustworthy that I would highly recommend GOING elsewhere unless it is a warranty issue that is covered.
I reached out to Joe today and said hi my husband has been trying to get our refund and he said this is the first I am hearing of this ever. So I forward his emails to him showing how he was supposed to get back to my husband with a refund so long ago.
THESE GUYS ARE THE WORST. SAVE YOURSELF.

This company goes above and beyond! Extremely professional on their end. Jessica is the best! She knows how to really take care of her customers. If I could leave more stars I would! Best customer service ever!

Basically no-showed twice in a single day and ruined my work schedule. Incredible.
The appointment was 1-4 pm today so I have to rearrange my work schedule around that. Nobody showed up so I called. They said sorry they're running late and will be here after 5. I waited and waited and it's 8:45 now and still nobody.

Initial communication via email was standard. Ten minutes before the install appointment I get a voice-mail saying to call back about the water system.... no other details. Called back multiple times to no answer. I finally get someone on the phone and they told me I need to reschedule. It turns out they have one installer and something happened, but the desk person wouldn't say anything further. We ended up canceling after seeing some of the more recent reviews on yelp with similar scenario.

Wow they are fantastic! They showed up on time , followed all COVID guidelines. Tony was awesome , professional and very nice. When he got done it looked like it was there the whole time. He cleaned up afterwards, and got rid of all the trash. We would highly recommend them for any of your plumbing needs!!

Our tenants moved out, leaving debris in our garbage disposal. Infinity was the original installer, and they offered both a same day and a next day appointment. They arrived on time, quickly took care of the problem, and were very professional. Definitely recommend.

Thank god I got let go laid off from this company!!!
It was actually a blessing in disguise being let go from here last month. This remediation part of this company is a joke. This company never followed California osha guidelines and safety standards. I don't think one person is suppose to be up 30ft on a ladder with no spotter or safety harness. One time I got told to go remediate a property that was tested for lead and came back hot? WTF. And i don't know how many jobs I got sent to and never tested for asbestos. 1985 and pre need asbestos testing people!
Glad to be back on the safe side........

Justin N. installed new water softener. He was courteous, professional and went out of his way during the installation process. We appreciate him going the extra mile. Thank you, Justin!

Infinity Plumbing Designs installed our tankless water heater, but when we called for a repair, we couldn't get anyone to come out. We called 3 times over the course of a week and could not get anyone to service our tank. When we finally got someone to answer our call, they basically told us it wasn't worth their time and just to order a part from the manufacturer ourselves. I'm not sure how they will stay in business when they don't return calls and then turn down work. I'm still baffled by the lack of customer service at Infinity Plumbing. If I could give them zero stars, I would.

Initial response time via yelp was timely. Carlos was great to meet and get his expert opinion. The estimate took a week to receive and I had to send a couple reminders to Janet (who I learned doesn't work there anymore). There was back and forth on the estimate as it was hard to understand the itemization and I had requested for an updated estimate to factor in 2 of the 3 items they originally quoted me on.
After another follow up, the estimates seemed crazy and different from the messages she had sent me via yelp. To give the benefit of the doubt I was open to discussing with her why there was a $600 discrepancy from what she said which matched what my friend paid vs what was sent via email.
Anyway, long story short it's been 3.5 weeks. I have a trail of the back and forth via yelp as well as my follow-ups on email and I have not heard back from the voice mail I left for Sal (desk clerk noted he was taking over for Janet). It's been a week since I left the vmail to chat with the other person.
This rating reflects the shady price estimation practices and not the work of the plumber itself -- due to the back and forth and lack of communication they lost my business.
