Plumber came out to look at my hot water heater that was leaking but was no longer leaking by the time he arrived. When he was shown where the leak was coming from he had nothing to say and had no recommendations as to what could be done to avoid another leak. This was the first and only leak that has occurred but his report said that we had an on going leak and that we should replace the hot water heater. He also said that the leak was coming from a different place than where it had actually occurred. The hot water heater is working fine and we had had no other leaks but this company keeps insisting that I need to replace it. They will not tell me how to avoid another possible leak.

Thanks Edray, I must say meeting you by accident at the City's parking lot was meant to be. The van's BBB logo, cleaniness, being their, and our conversation made a great first impression. I do my best not to judge a book by it cover, but must admit & thought this was going to be a pricey main drain & new kitchen line quote. Man I was totally wrong....what an awesome deal. Though our business Next Step for Downsize Living, LLC had a very bad experience with yelp, someone there took our legit customer's post down and didn't return our calls/emails neither. I hope you don't experience what we did and maybe this post gets yelp's attention, you can school them on what customer service is suppose to be like. Overall, A+ on our big project. I needed a water pressure regulator and main line shut-off valve installed, since I had just had a hot water slab leak. The water pressure coming into my house was at about 100 psi. I suspected that kind of elevated water pressure more than likely caused the under the slab pipe to leak. A couple of my neighbors had work done by Infinity Plumbing and I was impressed with the quality of the plumbing work. I decided to call them. Infinity Plumbing took care of installing the pressure regulator and shut-off valve and I couldn't be happier with the quality of the work done.
