i had a late night plumbing emergency. Our water line coming into the home was leaking. I was able to get in contact with infinity plumbing. They were able to provide us service the same night. with no late night service fee which i really appreciate because I have small children and i can not be without water for too long.

My tank water heater burned out so I transitioned to a tankless water heater. Infinity plumbing responded promptly and greeted me with an upbeat positive attitude. Advised them that my gas bill was extremely high, nearly $600 for the month. They immediately performed a hot water line pressure test and advised me that I had a leak somewhere. They asked me if I had any warm spots on the floor downstairs. I told him that I had a warm spot near my refrigerator that was unusual. I was advised that that was probably where the leak is. Infinity Plumbing completed the install. which was very professional and the work was super clean. More importantly, they are just good people. This is a family owned business and I was treated like family. I will be calling them in the very near future to fix my existing leak. Thank you Infiniti Plumbing for a job well done!

Woke up to our water heater leaking all over our garage. We sent out a request for estimates on yelp.
We recieved 5 estimates and infinity was right in the middle. The price was not the main reason we decided to go with their company, they broke down the estimate to where me and my wife understood it and they gave us the model number of the tabkless they would be installing. This was alot of help because we could research the unit ourselves and not just go by what a contractor is telling us. We agreed on the navien tankless the proposed to install. Their office staff was very pleasant to work with.
The day of the install they arrived on time and got straight to work. The crew work fast and efficient, they were very polite and we enjoyed having them in our home. The foreman explained all the features on our new tankless .
They hauled away our old tank and left everything clean.
I will definitely use infinity plumbing again.

Just had Infinity Plumbing come out to a property of mine in Tracy. They replaced our tank water heater for a new tank water heater. To book an appointment was quick and easy. Also the pricing was fair and customer service was friendly and professional. I do appreciate that they cleaned up after their work was completed. I would definitely recommend them and will use them in the future.
