Carlos was really great. He came out and gave me a free estimate, and talked over my options with me for our new water heater. He explained the pros and cons of a tankless vs. tanked and then gave me a verbal estimate. He then sent me the estimates via email so I could research and choose. The turnaround was about a week from initial estimate to final installation. He was communicative about what he was doing, sent pictures and cleaned up afterwards. According to my research, the price was pretty fair and included a new pad, pan and hauling away the old water heater. The company overall was also very responsive!

Definitely will be coming back when I need a plumber again.

tl;dr Great experience, I will call them first the next time I need a plumber.

Our sink was slow to drain and we tried to clear it with baking soda and vinegar. Pro tip - don't do that. The baking soda turned into a solid brick and subsequently the water would not drain whatsoever. I removed the p trap and confirmed the blockage was well into the wall. Time for a plumber!

Used request a quote and got 5 responses. These folks were quick to message and help get an appointment for a free estimate scheduled for first thing the following morning.

Billy and Chris came by when expected and were friendly, communicative and professional. They assessed the problem, explored options by examining the pipes at the ground level below our unit, and described what they would try, using their industrial grade snake, before more drastic measures such as gaining access through the vent on the roof. They made no promises and let us know a job like this would be $325 since the blockage was deep and access to the wall was challenging due to the porcelain pedestal sink. Knowing this is an atypical ""my sink won't drain"" visit, that seemed justified to me, and I appreciated that they made no promises and communicated their intentions clearly. And they succeeded! They cleaned up nicely after themselves and accepted payment by credit card with no additional fees.

We had a broken pipe that we were able to fix ourselves, but wanted some pro's to come double check our work. Roberto from Infinity came out same day, noticed that we needed to add some cementing to our pipe, and proceeded to cement our pipes for us -- all at no charge. We're thrilled for the quick and generous service, and can't recommend these guys enough. Thank you!!!

I send them a message Friday night, they reply right away and had Carlos come do the inspection Saturday morning. Sunday morning he was already at my house doing the repair. Awesome work and communication.

Infinity was able to send out Billy the same day after contacting them on a Saturday morning to do a gas leak test in preparation for a city inspection for a separate project. He was thorough and took the time to check all potential leak points throughout the house including the tight spaces in the attic, which can be a pain. I appreciate his attention to details as he understood the safety importance with a potential leak. He was knowledgeable and made recommendations to help with the inspection. I also appreciate his respect for our home and put on shoe covers without having to ask him. The cost for the test was less than the one other estimate I received on Yelp, but did not compromise on quality. Infinity Plumbing and Billy is a great value. He deserved the extra tip for his time on a Saturday morning and highly recommended.

Billy was fantastic. Great communication when setting up the appointment and through the entire process. Bill has a lot of experience and they are training a lot of new people into the industry. This is a great local company that provides GREAT service.

Our sump pump stopped working and we needed a quick replacement before the heavy rain. Billy came out late (after 5:00 pm) and found the problem. He provided a couple of different options for us, but one also included him providing us with a temporary pump for a couple of days - until they could purchase the new pump (at regular vs a much higher pricing).

The temporary pump worked great and Billy came out in the rain yesterday to provide the new replacement pump.

Billy and his associates(Roberto) are just a delight to work with.

Super responsive: more often than not, I can get them come out to our house on the same day for pretty much any issue. And Billy personally has come to my place twice very late in the night to help me inspect potential issues.

No exorbitant ""consulting fee"": I've had plumber coming to my house and I had to pay $150 for 10 mins of consultation cuz it's their minimum charges. And Billy would come to my place doing a much more thorough inspection for no charge at all.

Efficient and solid work: recently just had a water heater installed by them, while there was a small hiccup, but Billy came out at 10pm in the night to help us remedy that. And now we are finally able to enjoy a very well upgraded water heater instead of the antique that came with the house

Infinity plumbing is definitely now my go to place for any plumbing needs and I'm also recommending them to my neighbor.

I scheduled an appointment for them to look at a clogged drain. For some reason, the appointment for the consultation had to be rescheduled day-of, and then the follow-up appointment for the work also had to be rescheduled day-of, which was frustrating.

When they got here, they said that they needed to add some new pipes and a sump pump to prevent flooding, and they would come back to me with a quote. I didn't hear back from them for a week. I checked in a couple of weeks later, asking for the quote, but they just asked for my name/address and then never responded.

They seem like nice people who know their stuff, but didn't really communicate well back to me.

Roberto and his crew did an excellent job. I needed a new hot water heater when my old unit started to go. With a snap of cold weather and being worried about my family being without hot water for any period of time, I was looking to get the job done quickly. Roberto had a quote to me the same day, and started work the next day. He and his crew were responsible, professional, and courteous. They had a new tankless heater installed, removed the old one, had it hauled out, and all the work areas were cleaned. This was all before I could get one of their competitors to come out and even give a quote. I would go back to them for my future needs. Highly recommend them.

Carlos and his crew did a great job fixing a botched bathroom sink drain in my house. They were all knowledgeable, friendly, and professional, and went out of their way to assess any other potential issues with my existing plumbing as well. Their scheduler was also very communicative and made it very clear exactly when they would be at my house. Recommended!
