Jim L. of Infinity Home Plumbing was paid to do work on the first floor of my town house bathroom. After my partner and I sent him a deposit, just like others have said, Jim is no where to be found. He would not return any phone calls/texts messages or email.

When we called him from a different number he would pick up, and then would give excuse after excuse on why he cannot be at our townhome doing the job that we had paid for.

He closed this business as of April 2024, but be on the lookout for Jim L. Hopefully people will find this helpful and avoid him or any business that hires him. I am sure a new business will pop up soon.

I gave Jim a $1000 deposit to replace gas lines. He never did the work, never returned my deposit. Beware of this guy. Do not give him any money up front.

So it's 1245 am, the night before 2022 Xmas blizzard, and there is water pouring out from the wall under my bathroom sink. At 1:09 Jim was there, and fixed everything (wall valve, water supply to sink, trap replacement) by 225.

The midnight service call was only $89. He was professional, timely, neat and thorough.

I've hired him already for another job. Cannot recommend this gentleman enough.

Stay away- he Is a scam. I called Jim over 6 weeks ago to do a lot plumbing. He originally said that he could come out in a few days to complete the work so we excepted the quote and paid him a $2000 deposit. Jim had me pay the deposit to him personally, that should have been the first red flag. He still has not done the work and has made every excuse in the book he keeps telling me he is coming out and never does. I have been calling him for the last two weeks everyday and I am getting nothing back. At this point I just want me deposit back so I can hire a real plumber that will do the work. See you in small claims court. Please save your money and find a different guy for the job!

I looked for a plumber on Angie's list and we within minutes of my request for service Jim called. He took care of my problem the next day. ( sump pump replacement) and his fee was reasonable. He explained what he did and answered my questions. He and his associates wore masks and socially distanced themselves. I ask for a quote for another job I had been putting off and Jim immediately gave me a quote and came the following week. I am very happy with the work I had done and best of all it was stress free. I received texts when they were on their way and both gentlemen were pleasant. I've already recommended Infinity Home plumbing to a friend and do continue to do so to anyone who asks.

Bad experience. Asked this plumber named Jim for the bathroom leak for my apartment. I text the address and he went to the wrong house. He fixed no problem house and charged me. I learned only when the problem house tenants told me no one came to fix it. I asked him to fix it again and denied to go there.
I used him for drain replacement and after a year, there is leaking at the same spot. He did not replace the drain pipe but just easy connector to fix the problem. I paid him $2000 for that. Now I called and text him to solve the problem and no reply.
Stay away from this guy.

My wife and I got some work done with Infinity Home Plumbing. I definitely recommend him as a plumber.

It took us a few days to get him scheduled, but he was able to help fix our leaking sink and the price was reasonable. He was very responsive and knowledgable and easy to talk to.

We had an unrelated issue with that same sink a few weeks later and he was able to come out and fix it.

The only negative was that it took Jim forever to get back to us with an estimate for some more plumbing work that we'd like done in the future, but I understand because it wasn't urgent work and we were just looking for a quote - so I'm sure he was busy.

Either way - we would call him again with no hesitation.

I recommend this guy hands down to anyone else. I called and told him what others told me was the problem and how expensive the other quotes I got from a few corporate places as well as the extensive work I was told needed to be done. I was quoted thousands of dollars by these other guys! Jim came out and took a look, told me that the sewer pipe was not collapsed as I was told by the other guys and fixed it for under $200. He has honesty and integrity and now a new customer for life for both my mother's home and my own. Also, he actually answers the phone when you call and shows up like he says he will. Thanks again Jim!

We had Jim come out today to help with a clogged toilet for our tenant. Jim was professional and FAST! The pricing was fantastic. Such great service, I will and have already recommended Infinity to my family and friends. Anyone needed plumbing give Infinity a call you will not be disappointed!
