New "Master Plumber" Michael Lopez either is not capable and doesn't know his profession or is willing to bend truth to make more money. Installed a sewer lift station (pushes sewer up to the street when you're below grade) and then (without, as it turned out, actually knowing what he had just installed) claimed that he just realized it wouldn't be strong enough, and that he had to dig up 200 yards of sewer pipe in order to make it right. Refused to agree that the subsequent work and property damage was his fault despite confirmation from the lift station manufacturer. Then a call to the manufacturer also confirmed that he had voided the warranty due to the way he installed the pump.
I did not do due diligence. Should have been warned by the fact that his business address is a PO Box. Should have recalled basic high school physics when he was 'splaining to me...this was a stupidly expensive mistake that I'll be paying down for the next year at least.
