Joe G.We requested a plumber and Joe Madenaro showed up quickly. We needed the kitchen faucet replaced and my wife told him that she wanted a high/mid faucet. He agreed and said he would and went out to get a faucet and came back and installed it. We paid with two checks, one for $130 and one for $135 to cover the faucet and labor. After he left, it occurred that he never displayed a license and never made up a written work order or invoice nor showed a receipt for the faucet. The next day we looked up the faucet and found that it was a cheap one retailing at $39. Our attempts to get a response from him through his Yelp text have failed. This is how he does business with senior citizens.

Joe provided a free estimate. I was looking for duct work (a new return and supply). He looked at my furnace and found some issues with my current setup that the prior HVAC installer missed that were more important than the ductwork issue. He is clearly very knowledgeable.
