I contacted Infinite Home Solutions because I needed a plumber to repair a leaking shower drain. I was thrilled to learn that they were able to do so much more! Replacing the shower drain required removing the entire shower and rebuilding. They were able to do the entire job from start to finish. I was so impressed with Jaime and his team that I hired them to do some other items that I needed taken care of, including refinishing my outdoor kitchen. Infinite Home Solutions is a one stop shop that can take care of a wide scope of projects that you have. I highly recommend them!!!

They were wonderful, the first company that came out said they could not fix it and we would need a company that knew how. The came out on Halloween evening worked very hard, had to order parts but kept us updated through the whole process. I will use them again!

What can I say? This has been one of the best and easy going contractors I've dealt with in my past experiences. Dude was professional and straightforward with work and pricing and also conciousness of my budget and also what I wanted done. His employees were clean and didn't cause more damage like I've had in other past experiences with other contractors. Would definitely re-contract for future repairs or renovations. I would recommend this company to other people seeking renovations done.

Do not use this company. Communication is horrible. They never answer the phone and even when messages are left, they will not call you back. I am not sure if its simply negligence or they are under staffed. Either way it results in work not getting done. Even the home warranty company can't get in touch with them. I am confused on how they can be even associated with a home warranty service if they can never be contacted.

Please answer your phones and return customers messages. The guys that came out to my home were very nice, but if I can't get in contact with you how can I even say the service was good.

My home warranty company sent them out to check my water heater. It needed to be replaced and there was still a $935 out of pocket amount for them "required" to replace. I asked for the tech who called to setup the appointment if they offered any discounts, preferably military since I'm a veteran. I was told the owner was willing to $50-75 off. In the meantime I requested a second opinion from the warranty company and the second company had the same opinion on the extra upgrades which in my opinion had nothing to do with simply replacing the heater. Since they were the first out the job went back to them. I asked about the discount still being available and was told no because I got a second opinion. I told the tech whose name is Jaime that for them not to honor what they had already offered was bad business and my review will reflect as so. He raised his voice and told me they want do the job if I'm gonna give them a bad review, in which I informed him that I will give whatever review I want based off of their service. So the work ended up getting done by the second company because they aren't a company that is honest and true to their word and tries to control your reviews. So please if your warranty company try's to send them request a different company such as the Lindsey Company.

Our tech showed up late and then did not want to complete the job and made up excuses as to why he couldn't. But then told his company it was too dark. Did not fix anything and left us without gas for 5 days during cold front.

If I could give Jaime and his crew zero stars I would. This company took 12 weeks to complete 50% of a job that should have taken 11 weeks total...at most. The items that were completed were of poor quality...the painted walls and trim looked like a kindergarten school was assigned the project. At first Jaime was quick to respond until he received the first check then it was tough to get a hold of him. Emails and texts went completley unanswered. I wish I could say one thing that is positive. I am walking away from the contract with items paid thay weren't completed simply to part ways as soon as possible. Very dissapointing and extremely frustrating. I should also mention that I have dealt with 6 other contractors from other companies in the last year and none of them lacked in all areas like Jaime and his company. Buyer beware!

Called about a leaking pipe, which turned out to be a clogged AC line. The technician was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem.
