we've had you all work on our furnace and keep it running. fare prices and great work. oh, and friendly staff
I called to get a quote. Was told they were booking 6-8 weeks out and told to call another company (they were going to provide me the company). When I said I didn't need it that I would rear earth it, the person was very short with me and disconnected the call. They must be good to be booked out, but they should work on their customer service.
Timothy B.Really good service team on my Furnance and Air Conditioner. They are very reasonable and saved my furnance from being sunset when another company told me my furnance was not salvageable. Always on time, they clean my furnance filters and are honest with no up selling.
Adam A.Most honest company to work with.
Fair pricing, quick service and great work.
Strongly recommended.
I called them to come out and look at my furnace due to the circuit breaker tripping a number of times. After inspecting the furnace and the breaker he told me that it was the newly installed breaker itself and not the furnace at all. I am having the electrician that installed it come out to change it, but he could have easily told me it was something with the furnace and charged me for repairs.
They only got their nominal trip fee from me (which is fair), but I will definitely use them in the future due to their honesty!
I called Indoor Comfort Team to get an estimate. Bernie came out the next day and looked at the job and took a few pictures and told me he would get back to me in a couple of days. Two weeks later I called to see where my estimate was and they told me they would get ahold of Bernie and have him call me. Three days after that I called and they said they would have Bernie get right back to me. I'm still waiting for Bernie to call.
We were very pleased with the service provided by this company. From the beginning we were impressed with the professionalism & knowledge by the owner Adam & the fact he continued to be involved resolving a few issues that came up prior to & during installation. Everyone on the team has been knowledgeable, professional, courteous, & friendly.
Would highly recommend using this company
Charles S.Excellent and more than timely response to a complete electrical outage at about 5 PM caused by siding construction. Garth was responsive, communicative and with the siding folks, resolved the issue. Won't hesitate to call them again.
Trustworthy and reliable, are two words I would use to describe this company.
Our furnace had been acting up and we called a local HVAC company to look at it. After inspecting, they told us the blower was out, and was even hanging sideways because the mount was broken. It should be replaced. The unit was old, and it is, but we were hoping to hold on to it for a couple more years.
They sent a salesman out the next day to give us a price. It was fairly high but if we needed to do it, we figured we didn't have a choice. But he also strongly suggested that we replace our AC unit at the same time because it would be more ""convenient."" The unit is older, 15 years, but I clean it out twice a year and try to maintain it. He originally told me, when my wife was not present, that the unit could last another 5 years and there was no need to replace it. But, when he was in our kitchen with a cup of coffee and talking about his grand kids to my wife, he was suddenly confident that our AC unit would go out soon and we should spend another $4,000 to replace it.
We're not made of money so this would be a hard pill to swallow. I did not see any reason to spend $4,000 on a unit we won't need for another 4 months and one that could possibly last another 5 years. I'm not in the habit of replacing something when it still works. I was really put off by this and the way he kept up-selling all the add-ons. The final estimate was ridiculous.
I called the Indoor Comfort Team for a second opinion, not necessarily intending to do business with them but simply to get a second opinion. I had never done business with them before.
Their tech guy came out and after inspecting our furnace told us that the blower was not broken and if it were, we would certainly know it because it would make a loud racket when when we turned the heat on. He did say we had another issue and that was the reason our heat on going on and off. We talked and he suggested that we do have the unit replaced or fix it for several hundred dollars with no guarantee that it would last one, two three years. The choice was ours. No pressure sales pitch.
The owner himself came out the next day, at my request, and inspected the unit and made notes about the size of our house and our current heating duct system, etc. He then made recommendations for a new unit, giving us the best price he could, but also giving us straight, honest recommendations about what we really did need and not need. No up-sales, no add-ons. I was impressed and we decided to use his company.
They came out within a few days and had our new unit installed in less than a full day. The two techs were very nice, clean and professional. They also told us that upon dismantling the unit, they found two cracks in our heat exchange, which is not only problematic, but dangerous. We were grateful.
The new unit works terrific, is blowing hot air much better than our older unit and we don't need to run the furnace as much, so I know we are saving money already.
I will call on the Indoor Comfort Team in the future for all our HVAC needs and recommend them to others.
Great service!! This company isn't trying to sell you more than you need. They are truly there to help you and figure out what system is best for your house. They gave us as many discounts as possible. Very available to answer questions and allowed us to call morning and night. Very friendly. They care more about what is best for you than what is best for them. Indoor Comfort Team is the only company we will use for our heating and cooling needs.
