LOL I thought I was the only one. Technician was really rude. He didn't even give me a receipt or invoice. He basically just told me my Home Warranty will get in touch with me and left.

Terrible company- If you are wanting to get a report sent to your home warranty company do not use Indoor Comfort Services!
We have waited over a week and still no report. The home warranty company has called numerous times, we have called numerous times, all they say is we will have it to you at the end of the day.
When the service man was here he left without even telling us what is wrong with our unit. He said it's up to his manager to review his notes and make some decisions about what to do. Strange right...? The tech should share some insight other then you need duct work. The HVAC unit has badly worked for weeks but he said little about it.
Other companies have the report done and submitted by the time they left the house, as well as estimated cost. This company just can't get it together.
STAY AWAY!

Trash company. This company was ""in-network"" with my One Republic Home Warranty company. I had a crack in my heat exchange already found by another company I had out to do regular maintenance. All this company had to do was peek at it to confirm the crack and provide a quote for replacement. The tech was rude, wouldn't provide me a copy of the report/quote sent to the home warranty company.
They have agreed upon wholesale labor and parts pricing with my home warranty company and drastically upcharged on modifications and PERMITS to make up for it. I got a quote from another company that somehow reduced the price of permits (its not like my home jumped counties in between these different techs coming out) and reduced the price of modifications by over half.

Frank did a fantastic job fixing our Ac. He was attentive and know exactly what he's doing! Would definitely go back.

We just had Joel from your company out for a service call through our home warranty company, which is the 2nd company to be needed to come out....
From the time he arrived, he couldn't be bothered with anything we had to say...I tried explaining what was happening, and his response was exactly ""Then why am I here?"" Really??!?? As we tried explaining the ac is currently working...
We have had an issue with our ac unit, once on will randomly stop and the heater will turn on, this is the 3rd service call to come out regarding issue
Needless to say, I told him after he continued to have a completely nasty attitude and 100% unprofessional attitude, to leave my house and I was done talking to him...he processed to keep going and said I am done with you!! Grabbing his things and skipping out of our garage with his smartass attitude..
If this is the type of people you hire to represent your company, it is a shame!! I will definitely never use or recommend this company again, and from the other reviews, this seems to NOT be a new issue with your company!! You should really work on a different approach...

I typically only post positive reviews but this company was so awful to deal with that I felt the need to post a review. I was sent to this company by Fidelity when our AC stopped working on Memorial day weekend.
The Tech arrived a week later on June 7th and said the AC unit needed to be replaced and he would do the paperwork and we should have a new unit in about two weeks. It took this company 10 days just to file the paperwork with Fidelity. Once we received the approval from Fidelity they called me and said the soonest they could come out to install a new unit was July 16th which would be another month of no AC. I called Fidelity and asked them just to send me a check. I then called Rocklin heating and air they are sending someone tomorrow and I can have the new AC unit installed next week now that is customer service!
Forget Indoorcomfort call Rocklin heating and air and get the service you deserve.

Awful experience. Sent out by home warranty for no air coming out of upstairs vents. Explained that it was a duel zone system when booking the appointment directly with the company. The first appointment, I got a text saying someone was on the way - 2 hours later when no one had arrived, I called - they claimed they talked to the tech and he was REALY on his way. 45 minutes later they couldn't get a hold of him so we rescheduled. Actually showed up the next day and told me a part needed to be fixed but that home warranty doesn't cover repairs to duel zone systems (the thing they knew they were coming to look at) - so they got their $75 fee to come tell me they weren't going to fix my problem. Granted I could have hired them to do the repair anyway but no chance of that after their horrific service.

Our home warranty company sent out this company to work on our AC unit. I was nervous after seeing the Yelp reviews, but I can't over emphasize how wrong they are. First off, the woman that called and scheduled the appt. was extremely friendly and helpful. Frank came out to do the service and he was the most professional, knowledgable and helpful AC repairman we have had out (this is the 6th person that has been sent out over the years of owning this house since our unit is over 25 years old!). I would definitely recommend this company to my family and friends.

They were referred by my home warranty. They came out and determined my AC unit needs to be replaced. They said they would send a report to my home warranty and I would hear back once the work was approve. After 2 weeks and no word I called my home warranty to find out they never submitted the report. I called indoor comfort who said the Supervisor is out of the office But she would let her know to conple the report. Yesterday was 108 degrees!!! We're in the middle of a heat wave and they haven't even sent the report??? I will be calling my home warranty to have them send another company out. Not sure why First American would refer a company with such bad ratings.

Indoor comfort is the worst..better business bureau should shut their business down..fidelity national home warranty hired them to replace my moms a/c unit.
Its been 2 months and they havent reached out to us..6 months my mom had open heart surgery...a week ago my mom suffered an anxiety attack..she is over 60 years old and diabetic..
Thanks fidelity national home warranty for hiring i considerate and unprofessional..
