Indoor comfort is the worst..better business bureau should shut their business down..fidelity national home warranty hired them to replace my moms a/c unit.
Its been 2 months and they havent reached out to us..6 months my mom had open heart surgery...a week ago my mom suffered an anxiety attack..she is over 60 years old and diabetic..
Thanks fidelity national home warranty for hiring i considerate and unprofessional..

AN INEPT COMPANY...DO NOT USE UNLESS FORED TO BY HOME WARRANTY COMPANY. Only seeking to improve their bottom line vs actually fixing problem. Forced to use as an initial contractor for home warranty. Instead of actually finding a solution to the problem, they decided to quote replacing the entire system with many modifications vs replacing the part that needed to be replaced. Their solution pushed maximum cost out of my pocket vs fixing the actual problem. A quote from another company yielded a lower total cost and lower cost total cost and lower out of my pocket expense vs their solution.

This company was sent out by our home warranty company (Fidelity National Home Warranty which is a scam for another review).
We just bought a house and the AC broke. The employee who came must have been having a bad day because he gruffed and puffed and literally got into a battle with the condenser unit trying to take the top off...which he then flung onto the ground. He then proceeded to ask questions Inquisition style and acted as if we were lying. Dude, I just bought the house, it was working, then it wasn't. The end.
Ten minutes later he said a cable needed to be replaced because he had tested it and it didn't have electricity going through it. We asked what the next steps were. As he was walking towards his truck (communication is not his strong suit) he said he would send Fidelity a report.
Come to find out he told Fidelity that the cable was chewed on by a pest which is not covered by the home warranty. Also, he would be super glad to charged us extra to come and replace it. With the lies and the attitude?! Hard pass. We'll find someone else.
By the way, his way of testing the cable was to cut it up in 2 places and leave all the wires exposed ensuring in the process that the unit would be incapacitated for real. Did he joined the wires back together and covered the cuts he had made? Of course not. A total hack job. Avoid if you can.

Came out to do an inspection to see what was wrong with my HVAC system a week ago. I've called for a follow up as they owe my warranty company a report, we've asked daily since then (90 degree heat here by the way) with the only response on the phone being 'I will have a supervisor work on the report'. No one to talk to over the phone besides basically a call center, no calls back for updates. This company is terrible, stay away unless you want to be ignored.

Beware! These people were referred by our home warranty to diagnose our heating and air dampner. They came out, did a diagnosis and told us that the repair was not covered by our warranty because the motor was actually missing.
Okay, we can understand that. We ask them to give us a quote to fix it. Multiple phone calls, messages and even after talking to their employees (multiple times) they give us a ridiculous quote for 4x the motor price and proceed to tell us that they would be another 3 weeks out before they could even come to install the new motor. (Fyi... We are already 3 weeks out from the initial diagnosis).
So frustrating and annoying to know there are so many companies out there that want to rip you off. I rarely leave a negative review, but people need to know about this company!

Zero stars. I have scarcely ever experienced such unresponsive customer service. These folks are just dreadful in follow up. Out of the maybe 10 times I've called I got a live person only once and while pleasant she was utterly unhelpful and completed exactly none of the subsequent follow up she promised. On the other nine times I dutifully left a message and did not receive a callback. In a world where it's easy to send a quick update text, call or email these people are entirely 100% unresponsive. If you have another choice I suggest you take it.

They should get no stars. We were caught between Fidelity Home Warranty Co & Indoor Comfort as the contractor.Poor customer service, told us lies, and had me as the intermediary between them and Fidelity.I spent thirty plus hours dong their work trying to get supplies & an install. It was a NIGHTMARE.in the meantime ,our daughter a resident at UCDavis had no HEAT for over a month. Finally, we did a buy-out from Fidelity and hired out choice in an HVAC Company(which had five stars and deserves ten)The final factor in dismissing them were their extraordinary non covered charges.( possibly to make up for being paid less by Fidelity)We called the owner Frank ( twice) to let him know we were dismissing them ,and only then did he engage with us to try to save the sale. This was too little ,weeks overdo. We were told this had never happened blah, blah, blah.Well, it happened with this rather astute consumer.
LOOK ELSEWHERE FOR AN HVAC COMPANY.THEY DO NOT DESERVE YOUR BUSINESS

Believe all the negative feedback here. This company does not do what needs to be done to earn your business..it starts with good customer service which they do not have. They were assigned by Fidelity Home Warranty service call for my furnace that was not working. Fidelity told me they would call me in 1 day although the email said 2 days. I reached out to Indoor Comfort on the 1st day...the phone rang and rang the first time. The second time I got a voice mail and asked them to contact me. On the second day no one contacted me and I left a second message, again after several attempts to get their message machine to pick up. After going without heat for 2 days and no call from them I arranged for another HVAC company to fix my furnace. I called Indoor Comfort, again got message machine and LM that I was cancelling them. Again, no call back and we are in Day 3 now. This company obviously is just trying to make money with volume business by signing up to do Fidelity's Warranty work and doesn't have the customer service to handle it. Don't give them your business ! They need to be hurt in the pocket book and maybe they will change their ways. I have been a GC for over 30 years and I select contractors who call you back and have a good customer service. I would never give these guys any work !

Terrible, unprofessional, still have issues after multiple visits. Not worth the time to go in detail. Do not recommend even if last resort
Unfortunately you have to give min 1 star, rather not. I just want to help others so they don't have the nightmare with this company
No response to calls or voice-mails.

I am so incredibly frustrated! I cannot get a call back or email return. We received an estimate, approval from home warranty and I provided my credit card to pay the difference. This is thousands of dollars in work, I REALLY don't understand why they won't return the call and schedule the work! Perhaps I can get the Manager, Frank, to respond to be here. This is ridiculous!
