Do NOT use Indigo Plumbing - Specifically Marc. Complete fraud. He delayed our project for 3 months and then when we told him that we will be finding another plumber, he had his office charge our card for over a thousand dollars for which there was no authorization from our side, and the office sent me the invoice after illegally charging my card. He sent out his plumber and charged by the hour, the plumber started the charge and showed up after 50 minutes.

I had power failure in half my house so I contacted Indigo Facility Partners. They sent two (inept) electricians and told me they cannot do the work. And that Austin Energy cannot be reached. Will need a master electrician. They then sent me a quote for $8,735. Of course I was floored so after talking to friends, I contacted a master electrician for a 2nd opinion. He came and he got Austin Energy to come. And all is fixed for only $645. I was almost scammed of thousand of dollars! So with that said, do NOT use Indigo!!

Asked them to give me a quote on wiring the electrical for a hot tub. Took them 4 weeks to actually send a quote that is twice as high as the guy who came out originally said. This company is ridiculous, wouldn't be surprised if it was just a cover business. Does anyone actually work here?

Trying to get bids on plumbing, called them to come out to bid new plumbing. Chad told me he lives near me be no problem. So i took 2 hours off, to meet him. No show. Then i called and was let know that he has really to 9:30. Chad never told me, but ok. Then 9:30 came and pass. I get a phone call at 9:56. They have had a problem and could they reschedule for tomorrow. I simply asked. Why wasn't i called at 9:00 am. They keep diverting the question, siting some problem. I told them your business is as good as your word, and you didn't keep your word. No need to come out, and was hung up on. Your spending $8,000 to $10,000 dollars, and this is what you get for it. No thanks. Buyers beware.

Our toilet flooded in the middle of the weekend and left a big problem to fix compounded by the builder's rough-in job. Not only did Indigo responded quickly with a quote they sent a journeyman next day and went beyond installing a new toilet by fixing the rough in botched job by builder. They were excellent people, tidy workers and professional staff at the office. The owner, Danny Spears, came the following week to follow up and personally inspect for quality. Highly recommend for South AUSTIN handymen or plumbing.

John Gear and Indigo were amazing to work with. I had a large project that included painting the entire interior of my home, replacing all the flooring, remodeling a bathroom and kitchen, and replacing the carpeting on my stairs with wood. John was with me every step of the way and was always patient and never tried to upsale me on anything. As a newbie to a home remodel this was the best experience I could have asked for. Indigo knows customer service and does not fail to deliver. I highly recommend them!

Everyone from the Indigo did an excellent job with my shower stall remodel. The project manager was Pete who did the initial assessment and did regular on-site follow ups during the process. Extraordinarily professional.

The demo team did a great job. They hung plastic sheeting to minimize dust and completely cleaned up the job site when finished. It's almost as if they hadn't been there.....except for a gutted bathroom.

Of particular note were Randy and Jose who were the tile professionals. Their work was impeccable, particularly considering the unusual design angles they were challenged with. Randy was able to come up with creative solutions to these challenges that contributed very well to final appearance of the shower. They worked 10+ hour days in 100 degree temps. If you are fortunate enough to get Randy and Jose assigned to your project you will be in great hands.
