I am the webmistress for an old lady. Every so often she remembers that she needs things done. NOW. Solar HOT WATER is not something Indigenous offers. I suggest a re-write of their ad. Because the ""Inflation Reduction Act"" has the competition, Radiance Plumb & Heating, hopping day and night.

We have been using Darren's crew at Indigenous Plumbing for over a year for a number of projects. The quality of their work is excellent, and they have worked within tight deadlines to complete our projects. Darren and his partner Aaron first built us a custom walk-in shower, then installed two hydrants (one near house, one in horse corral). Darren is a licensed general contractor, and he has done other electrical and construction work for us including wiring outbuildings then insulating and hanging drywall. Everything has been done to the highest quality standards and efficiently.

The ONLY problem I have with these guys is that I cannot give them more than 5-Stars!!!! Because they totally deserve more. However, I am 100% satisfied with not only the office staff, but the plumbers, and especially the quality of there work. Cullen and Logan did a FANTASTIC JOB under the skilled leadership of Jason their manager. I don't wanna write a doctoral dissertation here, but these young men (both in their early 20s) CAME OUT IN THE SNOW Y'ALL!!! And they arrived with a smile READY TO WORK. And work they did!!!! While I love in Los Angeles, I'm renovating a condo I own near NAU and needed a plumber right away who could handle the job. Listen to me: ""If you're looking for a plumber in the Flagstaff area and don't give IPG a call, you've done yourself a grave disservice."" Give Jason a call and I promise you that you won't be dispppointed. They say a picture is worth a thousand words...so, take a look at the pics (they're coming Monday to finish the job). Had them install a new Delta 500 unit with tub and 3-piece shower wall.

This company sucks! They don't keep appointments and don't return calls. I wouldn't use them if they were the only plumbing company left on the face of this earth!

I had a great experience with Indigenous Plumbing Company! They were up front about costs over the phone so I knew what to expect before I committed. They also called the day of before the appointment to let me know when they would arrive. They arrived at the scheduled time and wore masks. They were very professional, friendly, efficient, found the root of the problem and explained things very well about what they were doing and what needed to be fixed. I would definitely recommend them for your plumbing needs!

I was really thrilled to meet Darren and Gerald. They completely fixed our 1972 home! They installed a gas line under our island for a range. They also moved the pipes for our gas fireplace. They are such a dream team. I would highly recommend!
