I highly recommend Ray and Daniel to all customers that may need their pipes scoped with the aide of a camera. Ray responded promptly to my call and arrived on time the day my appointment. Ray and Daniel are true professionals. They scoped all the way to the city sewer and kept me completely informed of what they found and didn't find. The best news, Ray sends a video to you so you can share it with your plumber for future needs. Ray is extremely detailed in measurements for the exact placement of your pipes for reference. I called Independent Sewer Camera after my plumber made two visits in three days and after my walk in closet and bedroom flooded from above. Yep, ruined baseboards, rug, pad and closet. The clog seemed to be gone, however I really needed to see if I had tree roots or something more extreme happening. My plumber suggested I call Independent Sewer Camera to inspect my pipes, I'm so glad I did. As it turned out, I have a clean line to the sewer now, however, I do have two bellies in my line, low spots that can/will cause problems in the future. The great news is I can locate the line exactly because of Rays precise measurements. Even better, it was not as costly as I expected. Great job. Oh, Ray and Daniel helped me put my rug and pad back under the bed in my bedroom. Thank you again guys, so nice of you to help me with the extras. I will always recommend Independent Sewer Camera to all I know.

The service you don't need until you need it. We've had the headache of a plumbing problem that just could not be fully resolved and would result with water from the upstairs restroom in the kitchen.

After the plumber snaked the line a second time and we could see water still sitting in the sewer line he suggested running a camera. In desperation I called the first local company that came up on Google. These guys came out right away and provided a video that we could show the crew that came out. They could see the issue and we finally got this issue resolved. Definitely glad I called them.

Ray is a seasoned pro! I got an excellent recommendation for Ray from a friend, and decided to give him a call. It was very straight forward to book him, and when he came out he did an excellent job. He was extremely thorough and took time and care to carefully inspect the sewer line and explain his findings. As part of his measurements and inspection, he takes video footage, which he sends to you as a video later. I would definitely hire him again.

We had an emergency sewer issue. Late afternoon Contacted Ray at ISCC and scheduled an appointment for the next day. He and Jesus were very professional and were very pleasant. They immediately found the problem and removed the blockage. They mapped out my sewer line did a video of the entire line, depths location etc. I was very impressed with their work. Ray is a true professional, and I'm very pleased he came out to perform a sewer camera inspection for me. The camera inspection was thorough, and I received a detailed diagram of the surveyed area, complete with a summary report and recommendations. I was only expecting to see a basic video, but he took the time to annotate the video footage so I can easily re-visit it any time in the future without having questions. All this at a more than fair price. I'm not sure there's much else you could ask for.

They came out same day that we contacted them, did a thorough inspection of the system, clearly marked the sewer line joint locations and distances, and was able to get past a tricky joggle in the line that a previous inspection company got stuck at.
