I am a local business owner and was in need of a service on a customer's RV. I called the gentleman at 909 296 2583 and received a price and was advised that he would be out the next day. I texted him my address and he responded. He was a no-show the next day so I texted him the following day my address again and asked if he might be out that day. No response. I looked at the reviews prior to submitting mine and it appears that I'm not the only one experiencing this issue. My thoughts are that if you don't want the business advise the person of that and move on. When people take the time out of their day to submit negative reviews it should be a strong reminder that one should honor agreements. I called another service and they were 2/3's of the price quoted by Independent and they arrived the next day without issues.

They emptied my septic tank once so I tries to go with them again. I called around 830am to see if I could have my 1500 gallon tank pumped. The guy said he'd charge $250 like last time but he'd be there around noon. Around 12:30 I called and he said he'd call me back. Around 2pm I sent a text and tried to call. He stopped responding to text and calls. I will never do business with these guys again.

It can't get any better than this! I called at around 5ish I told Danny the owner my problem he came out night assessed the my problem told what needed to be done. We agreed on a price and he was out the next day and fixed it! Gr8 response ,Gr8 service! !

Let me start by saying this I wish I could give negative Stars. This company also works under another name called neighborhood pumping they are fraudulent!!! When you are a contractor you are supposed to have your license number posted on every piece of advertisement, they don't have their license number anywhere. This company was hired to do septic certification for my home they did not properly certify & I'm now having major problems with my septic. If it would have been certified at the time I purchase the home these problems would not be happening now. I addressed this issue with the owner and he claims that yes they did not complete the entire certification yet the paperwork says they did. The license number does appear on the receipt & when I look it up it's a FALSE license number! It belongs to a different person and it was valid only from 1950 to 1983 and it was for painting and decorating nothing to do with plumbing!! DO NOT use this company or its affiliate company you will be SCAMMED THEY ARE A FRAUDULENT CO. I have also reported this to the Better Business Bureau.
