We heard a leak in our crawlspace. I called Independent Plumbing Solutions and booked their earliest appointment which was a couple days out. My husband was antsy to get it looked at that day, but after an appalling quote and pushy tech from a bigger plumbing company, we decided to wait for our appointment with Independent Plumbing Solutions. Totally worth the wait! The plumber was punctual and polite, and got us all fixed up in no time. When the invoice arrived, the charge was very reasonable, and we are totally satisfied with the service.

IPS was able to set up an urgent appointment (aren't plumbing issues always ""urgent"") and the plumber called to let me know when he was on his way; arrived prepared and made the repair efficiently and quickly, cleaning up well before he left. I would highly recommend this plumbing service. Lynne

Showed up quickly. The hose on my ice maker on back of our refrigerator split during night and we came down to a flood in our kitchen. I had a bit of a 'sticker' shock when I saw the bill. After I spoke with the office they were nice enough to help and made an adjustment as a courtesy. My lesson is to make sure to find out the hourly rate on any service from anyone (not just this company). They did a great job and gave me a little wiggle room on the price. Really appreciated it as I was dealing with a mess. There rest of the damage is being dealt with by insurance but at least no more flooding.

Called them this morning with an issue. They were actually able to resolve my problem over the phone free of charge. In this day and age it's rare to have someone be so helpful when they could have stopped by and charge us. If I ever need anything in the future I'll be sure to use them!!!!! Thank you again.

I am a tenant, and they worked through my property management company. Joe came out to install a new garbage disposal. He was an honest friendly guy who was happy to answer all my questions and educate me. He got it installed fast and did great work.

After calling 6 different local plumbers and getting the run around I called Independent Plumbing Solutions and met with Chizum McKinzie. He came out to my house, inspected the problem and provided the best solution, not to mention he was honest and professional. Chizum McKinzie and Daniel Baumgartner came to my house Tuesday morning and replaced my main water line from the sidewalk into my basement. They were both professional, organized and efficient. I could not believe they were able to complete the job in one day. They cleaned up their mess and checked in with me the next day to make sure everything was ok and see if I had any questions. I highly recommend Chizum, Daniel and Independent Plumbing Solutions for any and all plumbing needs.

I called Independent Plumbing Solutions and spoke with the lady receptionist and asked if they were willing to work with my home warranty company, 2-10 Home Warranty. She put me on hold and when she came back said no. I explained I want an inspection so I can get an authorization so I can get the go ahead for the repairs. She abruptly asked, what exactly is your question, what do you want... I explained, I did not want to go through my issues then ask toward the end about the insurance, I wanted to verify if you were willing to work with an insurance company which is what my insurance company instructed. I need plumbing repairs that I know they can provide yet wanted to make sure you are willing to assist me with the insurance company so they can be in the loop. She put me on hold again and came back and said she only work with home owners, which I said I am the homeowner, she said I'll have to pay, which I said yes, I was aware of that is not an issue. She never answered my question... I asked do you work with insurance companies? She replied no. I said thank you and ended the call. The reviews are not accurate...this is the first company I called based on its reviews and I am very disappointed. Their customer service is not good nor is their willingness to assist.

Great customer experience, service and prices. Do a great job and dont try to sell extra services just to make money like others. Always do a great job the right way, thr first time. Highly recommend and never using anyone else.
