We had them install a new septic tank and it was put in the wrong location. I had voicemails and emails from Matt saying they would move it as soon as the road limits came off this spring. They never showed up, just kept delaying. Never got moved. Wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

We've used IPS a few times for our cabin in Wausaukee. One of the tech's, Nick, has been super helpful both for installing a new water heater and for replacing a check valve in our water pump. Timely service, honest advice. We'll be using them again!

Bad experience with the owner, Matt. Matt is a poor communicator and unprofessional. After working with him for three weeks, he still couldn't get our water working at our cottage. He suggested we install a new pump, even though we didn't think we needed one since we had our water working just fine. Our pump just wouldn't turn off. After installing new pump he said he still couldn't get the water going. He wanted to do further work, but we decided to get a second opinion before we wanted him to proceed. Matt then took it upon himself to go to our property to uninstall everything he had done without our knowledge all because we wanted another opinion. He never returned our calls and hung up on me when I wanted to ask him questions about entering our property. He also went inside our cottage and took out the heating element from our hot water heater that he replaced and left a mess. Go with Dama plumbing. They are very professional, had our pump problem fixed in one day and we didn't even need a new pump. Matt is very dishonest and unprofessional and does not listen to his customers.
