I called because of a blocked drain. Their team arrived and I showed them that the water stopped draining under the kitchen sink area. Every drain from there to the septic tank was draining with no problem. I showed them this by turning on faucets and flushing toilets. The so called plumber said he knew exactley what the problem was and dug up the septic. Lawn was torn up in the process. After an hour of scratching his head he found a small clean under the sink and partially unblocked the drain. I was told to buy some plumbers acid and flush it. Cost? $140.00 After flushing and plunging for a week the drain was plugged again. I called a plumber that a freind uses. He came and put in a new cleanout under the house and cleaned out the line. Cost? $90.00 Two months later and still not a hint of a problem. I would not recommend this company for any repair work.
