We have been using IP for a long time. The guy we like for so long, George, is not there anymore but they didn't skip a beat. The service is great and they are competitive with pricing when I check around. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable plumber.

Great service! I've had a really weird issue with low water pressure, Independent Plumbing located an issue and fixed it in just 30 minutes! I will recommend their service to everybody!

Just terrible- don't waste your time. I called these people 4 weeks ago to get a quote plumbing services after they were recommended to me by someone. I asked to schedule an appointment for an estimate, but was told that I should just expect someone to """"stop by"""" within the next 2 weeks when/if one of their estimators were in the area. Huh??? Like I'm expected to just sit home and wait for someone to just """"stop by""""? It's now been 4 weeks and nobody has """"stopped by"""" or even called to follow up. Why deal with a company that treats potential customers with this level of disrespect? There are plenty of other plumbing companies out there. No thanks.

I always call IP first. If they can schedule me i know the job will be done right and for the best price. Sometimes I can't get them asap because they are booked. That happened recently and they gave me other reliable plumbers. The others did well but at a higher cost. IP is always my first choice since 15-20 years ago. Like another reviewer, I remember George. He thoroughly fixed what 3 other plumbers charged for but didnt fix. I was sorry to hear he was retired but each plumber since has been excellent.
