This plumbing company is the best definition of great customer service! Very responsive and they were able to keep my water main leak to a minimum during this ugly drought. I was informed of all work that was being performed and I was able to have a piece of mind at the end of the day that everything was going to work again the way it was suppose to. This company is now on my cell contact list. Call them for all your plumbing needs! :-)

Allow me to start with a couple of positives. It was a Sunday morning when we realized one of our tubs was backing up with garbage disposal waste. We were hosting a brunch later that morning. We went to yelp and picked these guys based on the positive reviews. We called, and they had a plumber (Mark? Matt? Marty?) here within 1 1/2 hours and he had the problem corrected in less than an hour. The reason for the poor rating, you might ask? Our tub apparently has a different type of overflow than standard, so he explained he couldn't route his line through it to open the clog. He tried running it through a utility sink in the garage to no avail. So, he came back into the house and said he only had one other option . . . to get on the roof and access the line through the roof vent. Due to the fact that he had to get on a ladder and ""risk his life"" (his exact words), the price would be $300 instead of the standard $135. Mind you, our roof was just installed last month, and is sturdy asphalt shingle on a gently-sloped single story. Really, dude? Risk your life? Man up. I responded that he has us over a barrel here, to which he cocked his head and shrugged his shoulders. Within ten minutes of agreeing to his blackmail through gritted teeth, the clog was clear, he had his $300 ransom and was on his way. The price more than doubled for ten extra minutes because the poor guy had to get on a ladder. The real plumbing job came when we had to bend over and grab our ankles. Sadly, it's the dudes like this that make me not trust any of 'em.

I am so very happy that I found Independent plumbing!! After ""Service Now Plumbing"" destroyed my bathtubs P-trap while snaking the drain, I looked elsewhere for assistance. I called Independent Plumbing and to my surprise they were able to come give me a free estimate within hours. The company who destroyed my plumbing wanted $1000 to replace a simple P trap!! So I was very pleased to hear Independent Plumbings quote of $250. They were able to get the job done that same day, in less than two hours from start to finish. They were very professional and friendly. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!

Daniel from Independent Plumbing was referred to me today by another plumber. After having the assigned plumber come out from my home warranty policy, I still needed to find someone who could fix the problem. My tenants didn't have running toilets or showers without the downstairs toilet overflowing! Daniel worked until the clog was cleared (well into the night) and helped us locate our sewer clean out drain that was under the concrete patio. What idiot did that?!? The camera they use is awesome and I would highly recommend him to anyone needing a reliable, honest and knowledgable plumber!!! And he'll be back to cut the concrete and leave us access to the clean out just in case we ever have another clog issue! PS -don't flush Lysol wipes down the toilet!!

I had a leaky kitchen faucet and called Independent Plumbing in the late morning. They scheduled a 2pm appointment for the same day and showed up right on time. Polite, professional, and prompt, and the faucet was fixed within no time. Independent Plumbing will definitely be the only plumbing team I use from now on.

Daniel, I don't remember his last name, he came highly recommended by our realtor Janet Carlson. She was right, Daniel aced the project. We had a gas stovetop put in where an electric one used to live.

He accomplished it and then we asked for other things like a direct line to the gas grill my husband uses a lot. Gas bottles were such a pain to keep filling. Done, Done and Done!

Daniel and the team worked around all the movers that were coming in and returned when we had all we needed to hook up the stove top. They gave great service and were knowledgeable and professional. We couldn't be happier with our stove and the grill.

Great service and professionalism. They also came with an electrition that ended up doing some rewiring for us That was not related to the stove. He agreed to do it on the spot even though we didn't expect that to happen.

Plumbing is something that needs to be done right. I have heard many horror stories. Daniel and his crew were awesome!

I flip houses for a living and have dealt with a lot of plumbers. I was referred independent plumbing by another contractor and my plumbing/plumber problems have officially disappeared. I don't usually give reviews unless I am totally impressed or completely unsatisfied. They show up on time and finish the job quickly all while doing real quality work. I have referred them to clients of mine and they are consistent everytime with quality and price. They have handled plumbing jobs in Sacramento, Roseville, Granite Bay, Folsom, Elk Grove, and Lincoln for me sometimes all in the same day. To me, finding a good plumber who doesn't play games and gives you a great quote immediately is worth their weight in gold. I trust them so much at this point that I just have them take care of the job and invoice me afterwards without any surprises. Save yourself the headache and give them a call. Plus, they have 24 hour service.

I turned of the external main water valve to the house before beginning a repair to the toilet. After repair complete, I turned on the external main water valve only to see that it had a slow but steady drip leak (no problems where I repaired the toilet)! I shut it off and leak stopped, but it started again when valve opened. Thinking I had a damaged washer or other internal problem with the valve, I called Independent Plumbing and described the problem, planning to schedule an appointment. Mike said the problem was likely the nut at the valve stem likely became loose when I opened the valve and all I needed was to tighten that nut! I did so and in less than a minute solved the problem. This outstanding service was provided at no cost and proved to be an immediate solution. This is the type of business that deserves your support, and when I have a future need for a plumber, I will call Independent Plumbing.
