They are quick to respond, knowledgeable, excellent customer service and all around fantastic. Kristi is beyond educated from everything to pinhole copper pipes to a clogged and replacing toilets. Not to mention when your have a plumbing issue you need a fast response time and they are ON IT! The tech that came out wore a mask, was respectful and was in and out in no time. Plus they are a family ran business. I love to support local and family run businesses! If you need a plumber Independent is the way to GO!

Danielle and his team repiped my house and replaced main line. Even though having a house full of plumbers, can be a bit stressful, I was very impressed with the whole experience. He and his team made certain we weren't without water for the two nights. I received 6 quotes, learned something from each, which helped me decide upon upgrades in material, we couldn't have gotten everything done without Independent Plumbing, so big thank you to you and your team. Just a note they do not fix the drywall afterwards, which after doing it myself I don't blame them.

Jessie came out today for another issue, but overall the full experience is a 10 in my book. Hire these guys, they are amazing and worth their reasonable price. I recommend them and I will hire them again!!

This company is excellent! Easy communication and scheduling, superior pricing and quality plumbing work. Daniel, Jeff and crew replaced my main and repiped my entire house (including new hose bibs) with copper pipes in 3 days with minimal disruption to my water service. Kristi made scheduling and payment seamless. They even took care of arranging city inspections. This is an excellent small business that I would be happy to use again - highly recommend.

Flat rate price was appreciated. I called a few places in town and most couldn't give us exact pricing with out seeing the job. It was a sImple issue with clogged drain and independent plumbing took care of the issue in a timely manner at a fair price. Customer service was excellent and I would use them again.

I called Independent Plumbing and another company to compare estimates for installing a toilet and replacing a shower faucet cartridge. I spoke to Brianna who was very helpful and asked her manager to call me regarding a question I had about the flange. Kristi called within an hour or so and answered all of my novice questions and educated me so much because this is all new to me. And she gave me a flat price for the toilet install when the other company wouldn't so I had a better feeling about going with them.

Then the other company came out for the estimate and quoted a ridiculous price for both services which I thought would happen so I figured out how to do the cartridge on my own (thanks YouTube because it's really easy and only cost me $20!) and Independent charged a reasonable price for the toilet install. Jesse is such an excellent company representative. He arrived within the time window and was a consummate professional. He was happy to explain things to me so between him and Kristi I've learned so much and truly appreciate that new knowledge. Although I hope to not need a plumber for a long time, if/when I do I will be calling them again for sure!

I am very pleased with the service provided by Independent Plumbing, Heating & Air. Roots had invaded the main drain for my house. Two young men (sorry that I did not get their names) came out and cleared the drain. Very professional and friendly. Strangely, the same thing happened to my girlfriend's drain in Arden Arcade the day before. She hired a firm near her house to clear her drain. For the same service, she paid significantly more than I did. I highly recommend Independent Plumbing, Heating & Air. Great service and reasonable prices.
