Unprofessional and untrustworthy--just call another plumber. Hired them for install only (water heater/faucet) $1585. When I disputed the bill, the owner threatened to put a lien on my Mother's paid off house.

My toilet backed up upstairs and was leaking thru the ceiling downstairs. I called Independent Plumbing and they sent out Lawrence. I will never go with another plumbing company other than with them. He was professional, clean, knowledgeable and explained everything to me. He did not try to do the most expensive fix. He took it step by step until the problem was solved. Great prices. I highly recommend Lawrence and Independent Plumbing. It ended up being calcium buildup. I will 100% recommend them to everyone I know

I was referred to Mike at independent plumbing through Steve's Plumbing in ventura. I was so fortunate to have called them. Mike was amazing. He came out right away to access the problem that I was having which was no hot water in the shower. He diagnosed the problem, ordered the correct part and came back to install the new valve. He was professional, punctual and honest. He pointed out another problem that I had with the main valves (not in an ""upsell"" kind of way) so that it could be repaired. Tried for first time due to slow hardly draining washer drain. History been in house bout 27yrs various plumbers other than a rooter clean out here n there mostly kitchen sink no other major issues. N house built early 60's. Set appt w Mike n Lawrence came assessed issue n one thing led to another but I was observing the whole time n Lawrence explained in easy to understand English what he was doing, etc. so no surprises. Ryan came by to check Lawrence's work n I asked him some questions bout other things n he too was very easy to communicate with. Bottom line, Lawrence did an awesome job, I have peace of mind n this is probably my new plumber of choice.

Oh yeah, Mike was out of town n, Mike ur team handles ur business while ur away in a fabulous manner. Great team, cleaned up great. If u need a plumber u ought to try these guys

Ok 12-31-2019 my Water Softner broke sending beads n resin through all my house-no warning- had to use buckets to flush toilets n cold showers- 01-01-2020 left msg for Mike text n vmx n although he was out of town he got back to me n asked if it was ok to call me Thurs morn 01-02-2020 n I didn't feel it was n emergency so yes. S/w Mike bout 0830 Thurs n 2 of his crew were at the house at 9a - 3 hrs later lotta work to clear out all plumbing fm beads n replace a seal or such here n there in the process - back w HOT water n able to flush toilets, etc.... this company is AWESOME . Looking for plumber, unhappy w ur current one - call Independent Plumbing.

These guys are great. Then have installed water heaters, fixed clogged drains and roof gutters, installed a new garbage disposal, connected a BBQ to the natural gas pipe line serving my house and put my gas fire place back into working order. They arrive on time, are courteous, clean up after them selves and accept all credit cards for payment. I highly recommend them and you can find them on the internet by searching their name.

This past Wed. am I called and spoke with Michael regarding several fixes that we needed done. At 1:30 the same day Jake and Sam came out gave me an estimate , great price and had all of the work completed in less than 2 hours. They were professional , knowledgable , clean and did a great job.
