I had storm drains that were backed up, and called Independent Plumbing and Drains to hydro jet them. Jared came over to take a look, and did a thorough job of clearing the drains where he could, and diagnosing some of the other drains that had deeper rooted issues that require a complete replacement. Overall I'm really happy with Jared and Independent Plumbing and Drains. Jared was very responsive, timely, worked with my budget, did great work, and communicated through out the process. I'll be using them for future plumbing projects.

I called 6 plumbers on a Sunday and only Independent responded promptly. We ended up fixing the emergency, however they followed up with us on Monday and we got one of their plumbers to stop by and fix an angle stop. They were prompt and professional. We will definitely keep their number handy! Awesome company and great plumbers!

Have a low flow toilet that frequently gets clogged. I usually auger the clog out and be on my way. But yesterday on Veteran's Day, I had no such luck. Called several plumbers in the area, (a couple still haven't called back despite their rave reviews on Next Door App.) but none could work me in until Monday of next week until I talked to Angel. She was great, worked me in for first thing this morning and gave me a 2 hour window (8-10 am), super friendly and responsive. At 8:00 I received a text from Colton he was on his way. By 9 am the issue had been resolved! Come to find out this was Colton's first customer call on his own since he completed his training. He was great - very thorough, informative as he assessed the issue and possible solutions. I won't hesitate to call Angel again with any plumbing issues - fast, reliable and good quality work.

Contacted Independent Plumbing & Drain for a clogged kitchen sink drain. Angel picked up immediately and asked questions to understand the issue, urgency, and align with their team's schedule. She was extremely polite and 100% customer service oriented. We managed to schedule an early morning, next day visit to address the issue. Miguel arrived 15 minutes early for the appointment, introduced himself, and quickly assessed the situation. He educated me on the potential causes and explained how he was going to try and resolve the issue. The issue was resolved and tested thoroughly, multiple ways. Afterwards, Miguel left the area cleaner than when he arrived! Over the years, I've learned a good portion of plumbing is problem solving (and of course knowing the proper way to fix the issue(s)) and the value of time. My time and theirs. Without question an excellent experience with Independent Plumbing & Drain. Also appreciate the fact they are a family run business! Thank you Dominic, Angel, and Miguel. You are the best!
