Independent Plumbing was recommended to me by another plumber, as he does not do hydro jetting on exterior drains. I called and spoke to Chris (who is very nice) who arranged a convenient appointment time. Jared and Adrien came out and did the work in the exact length of time that was originally quoted. Jared was very good a communicating all the work they would do, had done, what was discovered. I never felt like I was being taken advantage of. They were very efficient and didn't leave a mess. I definitely would recommend them for plumbing services.

I had storm drains that were backed up, and called Independent Plumbing and Drains to hydro jet them. Jared came over to take a look, and did a thorough job of clearing the drains where he could, and diagnosing some of the other drains that had deeper rooted issues that require a complete replacement. Overall I'm really happy with Jared and Independent Plumbing and Drains. Jared was very responsive, timely, worked with my budget, did great work, and communicated through out the process. I'll be using them for future plumbing projects.

I called 6 plumbers on a Sunday and only Independent responded promptly. We ended up fixing the emergency, however they followed up with us on Monday and we got one of their plumbers to stop by and fix an angle stop. They were prompt and professional. We will definitely keep their number handy! Awesome company and great plumbers!
