I have used this company before and have always been pleased with the service however I feel they charge way too much for their service and create reasons to return to charge more. I needed 3 faucets replaced and one toilet replaced and two fill valves and flappers which costs about $12 each at Lowe's which is where he went to buy supplies. The toilet they replaced was only $100 and I was charged $595 to replace. They replaced my high end Delta faucets with cheap Moen faucets that were $89 each at Lowe's. I have 5 bathrooms in my home and 3 toilets had issues. They replaced one toilet and the other two only needed the fill valves replaced. They replaced the flappers in the two toilets that had no issues and left the ones that had issues un-repaired. They charged me $1,600 total. When they left I realized the 2 toilets that should have been repaired were not so I called Phillip to let him know and he said I should have checked behind him. I said, are you kidding me? I trusted you to do as you said you would and as you promised. Then he said he would come back on Thursday. This would be his excuse to charge me more money. I feel he repaired the wrong toilets on purpose in order to come back and charge more money to repair the toilets he was suppose to repair to begin with. I am so disappointed in Phillip as I would have never expected him to do this to me. I'm sure it's because of my home and the high end subdivision I moved to Which is even more disappointing. He has always said he would always treat me fair but this time he failed me as I am a senior citizen and people are always taking advantage of us. But I trusted Phillip that he would never do that, but he did...my husband has never trusted him and never wanted to use his service and I should have listened to my husband and called another plumber.

I called these guys for a situation I had no idea how bad it was going to be. They came out the same day, got me on schedule for an emergency lack of water issue. Called me throughout the day to keep me informed on the estimated time of arrival. They showed up exactly when they said they would and fixed my simple issue in no time!!! Life savers!! This company was one of several I considered for a job. I ended up using a plumber I worked with prior, who was in my neighborhood, and able to schedule me on the day i called. However, I appreciated how quickly Independance reached out to me. I found them on Home Advisor where they have 4.4/5 star (150 reviews). I posted the request on a late evening, non-emergency, abd they called the next morning. Also, they were prepared to come to my home despite me being over 25 miles away. That sits well with me, and I'm keeping them in mind for the future.

Called them yesterday about a tenant complaining his water bill is high. They visited my property in less than 24 hours. Problem resolved and my tenant is happy, just in time because rent is due in 6 days. Phillip even showed up early and woke my tenant. I'm in a different state and thankful when you can find a good contractor to take care of your property. Will be calling these guys again. 7/19/2017 saved again by independence. Quick response and best deal in town. They installed a new water heater into my rental in Jonesboro. Happy tenants equal rent being paid. Thanks Mike for doing a bang up job and getting the water heater pipes up to code. Thanks Phillip for seeing me as a valued customer and working a deal that I couldn't refuse. I have used this company various times to do repair work for me. They always give an appointed time so that within a timeframe I can expect the plumber without me wondering whether or not they show up. Most always they come within the window of time appointed, if they get tied up on another job they let you know so you don't have to sit wondering if they will actually show. Whenever they arrive they tell you what the cost will be so that you are not surprised with a cost at the completion of the job. I have always been satisfied with their job performance and their quality of work. They make pictures and send to their office of their completed job for inspection. I would not hesitate to use them in them in the future if necessary.
