Christian was a huge help in an emergency plumbing situation. He responded to my request on Christmas Day and fixed my issue right away. He was flexible when I asked him to look at another issue at the same time and was able to find and fix both plumbing issues. I have done every plumbing / sewer related project imaginably with Christian over the last six months.

I believe it includes trenchless sewer line replacement, replacing the pipes from my house to my sewer line, light sprinkler related work, replacing galvanized steel pipes in multiple places throughout the house (involves outdoor stucco work and interior drywall patch work), installing new whole house filtration system, replacing toilets and faucets.

Christian and his team are polite and do high quality work at an aggressive price. He beat by a mile all my other sewer line project bids. His work indoors included highly competent dry wall patch work.

I always bid to every problem - what is the cheapest solution and what is the best long term solution. And I pick and choose the best coarse of action for me. Christian is great at discussing options.

I do notice a few comments about being late but honestly any service provider cannot accurately predict when a given job will be completed. They have an idea but what if something comes up once you get behind the wall.. should they leave in the middle to keep their next appointment.. Customers have to be reasonable too.

I've down a bunch of work the past few months. I feel the work was highly competent at a great price. Whole team was polite during the multiple visits as well.

I asked Christian, the owner, for a site visit. I thought it was weird that he changed the appointment two times about an hour before he was expected. There were a few YELP reviews about reliability which I now understand.

On the third date, a Sunday, I gave him a typed list of 5 things to do outdoors (which he said no one else he met was that well prepared), which he took with. There was nothing big by any standard, simple custom requests in the garden of our new 6,000 square ft. home we built. As we walked the property, he said he could do all of it.

Seemed like a nice man, he said he understood everything. Christian didn't provide an estimate at that time, and he asked for time until the next day. Each day for a week he didn't answer the phone, but texted he would be following up. I am not in the mood to chase a contractor to give them my money.
Never heard from him.

Talk about missing a bullet!! I feel lucky!!

I had a gas leak and nobody could find the leak. I called Christian and he made it a priority to come over and check it out. The leak was much worse than anticipated. Christian and his crew worked day and night, until after 10 pm to get it fixed so that my gas could get turned back on. He was also able to trouble shoot and problem solve to save me money on the additional leaks. I highly recommend him! He is professional and reliable and treats his clients as top priority. 10 stars!!!!

He is a trustworthy, responsible with good manner and professional.
First I had a broken pipe and found him on yelp. The small project turned out to a huge plumbing project and very costly over $10,000 job which I am sure he gave me the best price. I have expected that one day I have to change all my drain pipe to a new one since they were old and finally got to the point that I have to change them to a new pipes which I couldn't trust any other plumber. Christian is a licensed plumber and knows what exactly he is doing. And gave me 15 years warranty if anything happens.
I highly recommend him

I am so glad we called the Incredible Plummer! We recently moved, and had a few unfortunate surprises with plumbing from the previous owners. We were panicked when our toilets started backing up into our showers out of nowhere. We called the Incredible Plummer, and Christian came out to fix the problem within a couple of hours. He was extremely professional, communicative, and competent. Our drains are moving again, and he gave us a very fair quote to have some underlying problems solved so this doesn't happen in the future. Would recommend him to everyone.

Had a water leak from the wall so i call different people and they didn't have no one available so i call my comadre and she refer me to incredible plumber on Friday night a gentleman of the name of Jose show up . He came open up open up the wall and fix the water leak . To bad he couldn't patch the wall since supply store was closed. I'm just grateful he was able to fix the leak
