Christian and his team are awesome. Here's what you'll get from Christian: Fair, competitive estimates; expert work; and a real investment in doing a great job. I first hired Christian to fix a severe kitchen sink clog a number of years back. He just had signed up on Yelp so he didn't really have reviews. It's so cool all these years later to see all the other customers who've had the same great experience as me. Most recently, Christian and his team installed a new Halo water filtration system. Christian's quote was the best out of several I received, and from my research, I figured it was about exactly what I would pay. So he landed right at my expected budget. and the installation was great. Incredible Plumber is now in my contacts and is my go-to for any plumbing issue.

The absolute best! Had an emergency plumbing issue in my laundry room one day before moving! Called Incredible Plumber and spoke with Christian at 7AM. He came out as soon as he could, which was 2PM. Assessed the situation, went to a plumbing store for some needed part supplies and called a drywall guy in to help. The two of them finished the job in 5 hours! This indeed was incredible given the situation. I moved the next day knowing my house would be sold with no problems. Thank you Christian! You are the most incredible plumber! :-)

He was able to accomplish what I wanted, but he's the kind of person who can have a few small inconveniences. First, he may not be very punctual. Initially, he said he would arrive within an hour. I called him back an hour later, and he said he would be there in 40 minutes. Forty minutes later, he sent me a picture of his car saying it was broken and he was fixing it. I hoped he was okay. Second, he is a very large man, but he may not give the impression of being the least bit polite. This is not my description, but that of my elderly father. He charged like a tank, and my father seemed to be offended by something. His tone of voice when I spoke to him on the phone was less than gentle, so I kind of agreed with his sentiment. It's not a big deal to drill a pipe, but I think attitude matters. Wouldn't it be nice to be a little nicer to an older person?

Christian was amazing!!! We had a backed up bathtub and toilets as a result of a broken pipe. He was able to find the problem, and fix it for us that same evening+following day . He offered fair pricing for the project and overall did a wonderful job! We will be calling him for all of our future plumbing needs - highly recommend!
